Die Lage ist schön ruhig, Ausstattung eher basic

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Ploumanach. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, recht ruhig und mit dem Garten bietet es eine gute Privatsphäre. Wir wurden von Christophe empfangen der uns alles gezeigt hat, und wenn es Probleme gab sehr hilfsbereit war. Was uns bei der Preisklasse jedoch enttäuscht hat, ist die Ausstattung und Qualität. Man merkt sehr deutlich dass es sich um ein reines Renditeprojekt handelt. Billigste Möblierung - Ikea-Standard, die Dusche im EG ist wirklich alt. Mit Kindern wäre der Garten ideal. Prinzipiell war es sauber nur die Küche war von den Vorgängern schlecht geputzt worden. Was überraschend on Top kam war die Endreinigung von 100,- € damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Das war nicht eindeutig kommuniziert. Ob wir nochmals hierher kommen würden? Eher nicht. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, aber die Preise sind hoch, und dabei sind die Straße ein einziger Schlaglochslalom.

Maison très bien positionnée mais cela ne suffit pas

Essayant d'être le plus objectif possible : - La maison est spacieuse et adaptée pour 6 personnes, mais elle manque de rénovation. La décoration est minimaliste et n'évoque pas l'esprit breton. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un cadre de porte cassé, masqué par un tapis, laissant entrer un courant d'air froid. - La maison est idéalement située, à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage et du sentier des douaniers. Nous avons facilement rejoint Perros-Guirec et profité de la vue, avec un retour par des chemins boisés en 25 minutes. - Un problème de communication entre la propriétaire et le concierge a laissé la maison non préparée à notre arrivée. M. Deniel, très sympathique et professionnel, a fait un ménage rapide sur le temps qu'il avait à sa disposition, mais la présence d'une quantité hallucinante de poils de chien a causé des troubles respiratoires importants (je suis allergique au poil), nécessitant même un appel au 15. - À la fin du séjour, la propriétaire a demandé un paiement de 84 euros en liquide pour le chauffage (pour 7 jours) non mentionné dans l'annonce. Nous avons refusé puisque cela n'était pas indiqué à priori, considérant en plus les problèmes d'isolation (trou dans la porte) et les chauffages grille pains présent dans la plupart des pièces. En conclusion, maison très bien placée mais le manque de préparation et la demande finale de paiement ont gâché notre séjour.

Maison agréable et lumineuse, aucune critique. Très bien située près du centre ville, du port, de la plage, du sentier des douaniers ; pas besoin de voiture pour profiter de ce merveilleux village. Très bonne entente avec Christophe qui nous a accueilli, sympathique et gentil

Das Haus ist gut und komplett ausgestattet für Familien .Enttäuscht waren wir weil die Lage des Objektes auf der Karte nicht der Tatsache entspricht. Ich habe das Objekt wirklich aufgrund der dort angezeigten Lage ausgewählt,weil unsere Freundin gegenüber ihr Atelier hat. Leider liegt das Objekt am anderen Ende des Ortes.

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus

Das Objekt hat eine tolle Lage. Die Größe und Ausstattung ist gut. Große gut ausgestattete Küche, großzügiger Wohnraum. Leider hat es etwas an der Sauberkeit gefehlt und für die Schlafräume fehlen z. T Schränke. Ingesamt hat es uns trotzdem gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen.

Super Lage

Das Haus hat eine super Lage, da man zu Fuß innerhalb kurzer Zeit zum Strand und zu den schönen Felsen kommt. Leider ist das Mobiliar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir die Woche dort sehr genossen.

Villa idéale et idéalement placee

Tout était parfait pour nos vacances familiales : la villa, la proximité de la plage, du port et du merveilleux sentier des douaniers....avec une météo parfaite aussi ! Merci à la propriétaire Anne Cadic pour son amabilité et à la gérante Carole Creach pour son accueil et sa gentillesse .

Nous avons passé 1 semaine en Aout dans cette maison. Elle est très agréable avec un jardin clos et calme. La maison est très bien équipée, et confortable. Elle se situe près du centre de Ploumanach avec les plages et le sentier des douaniers rapide d'accès. Très content de la location. Il manque juste un vrai barbecue à charbon, suffisamment grand pour 5/8 personnes. Il n'y a pas de connexion wifi mais on capte très bien la 4G avec le téléphone.

Le bonheur

Ayant connu la région dans ma jeunesse, je souhaitais retrouver cette magnifique cote de granit rose et plus particulièrement cet endroit magique qu'est Ploumanach et le faire partager à ma compagne. Nous avons été comblés, la maison très bien équipée et confortable est idéalement située. A quelques minutes à pied vous accédez soit à la plage soit au chemin des douaniers et quelques minutes de plus vous conduisent au port. Tout cela dans un environnement calme avec un jardin bien clos pratique quand on a des enfants ou un animal. Que du bonheur!
