- Independent studio for 2 people in private property very quiet
- Ideally located 14 kms from the center of TOULOUSE, half an hour from MONTAUBAN (INGRES museum), 3/4 hrs from ALBI (a UNESCO world heritage site), on the edge of the Frontonnais vineyard.
- The small town of BRUGUIERES (5000 inhabitants) is well served by the bus line TOULOUSE / BRUGUIERES with buses every 1/2 h.
- This modern studio is perfectly equipped: air conditioning / heating, kitchenette with 2 hotplates, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and electric crepe maker. The dishes are in sufficient quantity, flat screen TV, radio alarm clock.
- A sofa bed with mattress quality bed is available and a mezzanine with 2 beds (not suitable for children)
- An outdoor terrace is available to residents with table and chairs and sunbathing.
- Direct access to the garden and pool (shared with the owners)
- Private outdoor barbecue
- Private parking in the property and electric gate with remote control.
To keep the peace of the place, we do not accept animals.
Ideal rental to visit our beautiful region and find calm and rest at the end of the day.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the residents. Nevertheless, they can dispense with the sum of 30 euros (to pay at the time of their departure).
