It is ideally located a 2-minute walk from the fine sandy beach in south Mimizan. This is a delightful 40-sq.m semi-detached house. Bright, you enter the house via the southern terrace through the living area, the open-plan kitchen. You can find a 140-cm sofa bed, a 140 x 200 cm bed, and a chest of drawers on the Mezzanine, lit by a skylight. A corridor with a WC to your left, a shower room to your right and at the far end a separate bedroom with bunk beds and a walk-in wardrobe that leads through a door to the second terrace and a coastal garden (shared with clotheslines). The house has all mod cons including a television with TNT freeview channels, a satellite TV, by ASTRA 1 (code access). Private car park in the building The quiet neighbourhood a bakery, and the butcher shop are 300 m away. You can go everywhere walking or by bike. The town with its restaurants and entertainment is an 800-m walk away. Degressive charges for rentals of more than one week. Weekend and shorter stays are available. Tourist tax from 1st April until 30th of September is an extra € 0.44 per night per person over 13 years of age.

The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach.At take over the landlord seemed very nice. Unfortunately at the end this turned a bit sour.The house was in a general good condition, except the shower (between the tiles were mold) and the sink table was permanently wet since it was made out of wood. But we were critizised for it.The washing machine hard to handle. We finally found out that the locking mechanism was the problem. Further the locks of the doors were very hard to open and to close.We tried to not bother the landlord with the broken umbrella and toilet flush but that was a mistake. In the end Pascal claimed that we had broken both. Our recommendation would be to clarify the cleaning at the beginning instead of spoiling a good vacation by making a scene at the end. Or alternatively offer a cleaning for which the guest can pay.

Excellent séjour ! La maison est très fonctionnelle : 2 chambres et 2 terrasses très agréables ! L’environnement est calme mais a une dizaine de minutes de tous les commerces ! L’emplacement est idéal tout près de la plage! Nous avons été très bien accueilli et notre hôte nous a donné de supers conseils pour le séjour ! Si nous devons revenir à Mimizan ce sera dans cette jolie maison !

Ravissante petite maison idéalement située à 50 mètres de la plage très propre avec matériel nécessaire pour passer d'agréables vacances. Pascale qui nous a accueilli est très gentille et serviable. J'ai passé de super vacances avec mes petits enfants.

Parfait !

Agréable maison, simple et fonctionnelle, au calme, avec terrasse et à deux pas de l'océan, idéal pour se baigner, contempler de sublimes couchers du soleil ou s'initier au surf (il y a une école de surf tout a côté). Et le centre ville reste accessible à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, sportif et ressourçant, merci !

Notre séjour a été super. L accueil a été parfait, beaucoup de petites attentionset de conseils pratiques. La maison edt idéalement située, à 50 mètres de la plage et très proche du centre et des commerces. A recommander à 100%!

Parfaite maison pour des vacances à la plage

Accueil attentionné et chaleureux de Jean-Luc et Pascale. Nous avons apprécié les boissons fraîches offertes pour notre arrivée lors d’une journée chaude, et l’équipement complet de la maison (parasol pour la plage, jeux de plage pour les enfants, etc). La maison est idéalement située à 2 minutes à pied de la plage surveillée de Mimizan. Quartier calme la nuit, même si nous n’étions que début juillet. Impeccable!

Logement très agréable !

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet appartement avec nos deux enfants. Le logement est très agréable, calme, propre, bien meublé et surtout très bien équipé. L'avantage est qu'il se trouve à une minute à pied d'une magnifique plage de sable fin et à quelques minutes de tous commerces et restaurants. Plus besoin de voiture ! Et le soir vous pouvez admirez le coucher du soleil. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Il nous a donné des brochures sur les meilleurs restaurants et nous a conseillé sur les petites sorties à faire. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir un jour !

"Côté ville, la situation de l''appartement permet "d''oublier" un peu la voiture grâce aux commerces de proximité. Et côté océan, on est vraiment sur la dune et la plage est à deux pas. C''est ce qui rend le séjour tellement agréable. On reviendra!"
