Great property

Great place and very clean and well equipped. Location when searching on Vrbo is not where apartment is and was a further walk out of town than would have liked but manageable. Bedding and towels not included which is also not clear but sorted easily and quickly by owner. All in all a fabulous stay.

Tout s'est parfaitement bien déroulé, la réservation, la préparation au séjour, l'accueil, le séjour jusqu'à la fin. L'appartement est très beau, très propre et bien équipé, parfait pour une famille, il est également bien situé et sécurisé, parking privatif. Le balcon est excellent pour prendre l'air et regarder les étoiles. Le voisinage est sympathique et calme. Le cadre de la résidence est reposante et très plaisante. Toute la famille est satisfaite du séjour.

Arnaque sur l'emplacement : l'appartement se trouve dans la résidence du parc vert marine et non place de la mairie. La description de l'annonce a été mise à jour depuis notre séjour mais pas l'emplacement indiqué par Abritel.A part ça , appartement super , entrée/sortie nickel, résidence très calme , super tennis et balcon ensoleillé.

Appartement Houlgate

Appartement bien agencé, lumineux, propre, agréable à vivre dans un site sécurisé par des portails électriques et portillon. Deux belles chambres séparées par la salle d'eau et les wc indépendants. Balcon avec table et chaises bien pour deux personnes. Grande cuisine avec tous les ustensiles et matériels nécessaires pour cuisiner. Avons passé un agréable séjour. Bémol, les places de parking, petites, et qui ne sont pas bien définies dans leur attribution.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement au calme. Dommage qu il fasse faire un détour pour se promener le long de la plage, un chemin pédestre aurait été pratique. Appartement très propre et avec tout le nécessaire !la gérante est très sympa et disponible.
