Great villa and pool

The villa is very clean and well maintained. The decor is modern and the garden area and pool is fantastic. We had excellent wifi inside and outside the villa. There is a nice sandy beach at Torre del Lago only a short drive away. Viareggio is further down the coast and has some great boutique shops.

This is a great house at a great location. Francesco was a wonderful host. Very helpful and nice. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and everything very well equipped. We would have liked to stay longer!

Beautiful villa

Had a great week at Torre del Lago what a lovely little community by the sea the villa itself was amazing spotlessly clean and didn't want for anything while we were there. Francesco and his brother Marco were extremely nice and welcoming and even brought us some fresh fruit and vegetables on Wednesday grown on his own land fantastico!!!the pool was nice and very cooling after being out in the sun all day.would like to say thanks again Francesco and Marco for a lovely week at your villa Grazie mille Anthony and cindy

Super host and property

Francesco allowed us to check in early and then spent considerable time showing us around the house , where everything was etc. then talked about the general area. The house is very well equipped and spacious. AC units in bedrooms are very effective. Pool is kept spotless and is ideal. Area residential but very quiet. Grass is kept very short so fewer insects than normal. House is 400 yds from good cafe for breakfast lunch and aperitivo, plus butchers and gelateria. Ten minutes walk to train station but also close to autostrada. Thoroughly recommend Francesco and the house.

Loved it! Great house, fab pool & outside area

Just back from a lovely, busy week away. It’s a great house, has everything you need for your stay. We spent every night after busy days & nights out chilling on the outside seating area with pool all lit up, it was heaven! Francesco & Marco are fantastic, genuine hosts, nothing is too much trouble (even coming to take the sink u-bend apart to retrieve my ring after i dropped in down the sink for which i am so grateful!). They were welcoming & helpful with lots of advice on things to do, places to see. The house is well situated for walking to the beach, the beautiful national park & also local, friendly restaurants. We hired a car but you could manage without one as the train station is a 10 min walk away & convenient for Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre as well as Viareggio which only a 5 min journey & great for eating out! Will definitely be recommending this to everyone i know & will be back!

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in dem wunderschönen und toll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist super und wie beschrieben, W-Lan funktioniert reibungslos, das Viertel ist recht ruhig, die Betten schlafen sich sehr gut. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die beiden Fahrräder, die zwar etwas älter sind aber perfekt für Fahrten zum Strand geeignet waren.

Traumhäuschen mit Suchtpotential

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang von Francesco, der uns einen super Überblick über die Region gegeben hat, fühlten wir uns sofort wie zu Hause. Im Haus, das sehr gepflegt ist, hat Alles funktioniert und der Pool war für die Mittagshitze eine perfekte Erfrischung. Bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten konnten wir uns jederzeit an Francesco wenden, der immer gut erreichbar war. Das Haus steht an einer sehr guten Lage am Rande der Stadt. Alles war in der Nähe: Strand, Wald, Einkauf, Restaurants, Markt, und und und.....Alles nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Velo. (beim Haus hat es 2 Fahrräder) Fazit: Ferien pur mit einer erstklassigen Unterstützung vor Ort. Was will man mehr ausser nochmal hingehen! Danke Francesco, dass wir bei Dir einen so tollen Urlaub verbringen durften!! Beste Grüsse aus der Schweiz

Tolles Haus mit Pool in Strandnähe und ideal für Ausflüge ins Umland

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern den Urlaub bei Francesco sehr genossen. Das Haus ist großzügig, fast alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Strand in der Nähe ist sehr gut mit dem Auto oder auch Fahrrad erreichbar, perfekte Lage um ein paar Ausflüge in die Toskana oder Ligurienzu machen.

Schöner Urlaub

Gechillter Urlaub am Pool zwischen Meer, See und Bergen

Nach unserer Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich von Francesco und Marco empfangen. Da keine Vormieter da waren, konnten wir auch etwas früher anreisen. Francesco hat sich in den zwei Wochen meist undichtbar um den Pool gekümmert und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Seite. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und geräumig. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Kochen so braucht. Der Pool war wirklich immer sehr sauber. Auch die Nachbarschaft war meist angenehm ruhig mit Ausnahme der vielen Hunde. Alles in allem ein wirklich ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und bestens zu empfehlen.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt im September 2022 und waren mit der Unterkunft, sowie dem Vermieter äußerst zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durch das Haus geführt. Das Haus war top sauber und man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool war sehr gepflegt. In den Schlafzimmern waren Klimaanlagen, diese funktionieren einwandfrei und sorgten für angenehm kühle Nächte. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar (telefonisch oder WhatsApp) sodass wir uns bei jeglichen Fragen an ihn wenden konnten. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und gab auch einige Tipps zu Aktivitäten. Den Weg zum Supermarkt legten wir meist zu Fuß zurück, zum Strand fuhren wir mit dem Auto. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Very nice home, well maintained with a beautiful garden and private swimming pool. The home has ecerything you need, including dishwasher, washing machine and good WiFi. Only thing which would have made the home even better was AC in the living areas and not only in the bedroom. The house gets quite warm inside.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis.

Keurig en compleet huis, inclusief airco op de drie slaapkamers. Complete keuken en wasmachine (buiten), een heerlijk zwembad met buiten douche. Maar wij hadden wel last van kleine steekmuggen. Dus wees voorbereid met 50% DEET o.i.d. ! De Coop supermarkt dichtbij vonden wij erg handig. Tevens Pizzaria's en andere restaurantjes op loopafstand. Wij kregen ruim voor de officiële inchek-tijd al een Appje van Francesco dat het huis "klaar" was. Dat kwam mooi uit, wij waren namelijk wat te vroeg en dus konden we half drie terecht i.p.v. vijf uur.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das saubere, sehr gut ausgestattet Ferienhaus ist nur zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, genauso das ganze Anwesen. Die Begrüßung durch Francesco, war sehr herzlich. Das Haus liegt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, ob mit dem Auto, dem Zug oder mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Rädern, sehr günstig. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten. Der Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, verschiedene Restaurants und die Eisdiele, ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. .Es gibt Infomaterial für Ausflüge, Francesco ist aber auch jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und hat tolle Tipps. Wir haben hier einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Relaxed holiday

It is a nice place to chill and relax. Please note that you have to walk approx. 30 min. To the beach. Francesco has a very high level of hospitality. We would strongly advise this property.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben unsere Zeit in Torre del lago sehr genossen. Das Haus ist schön und geräumig. Einige kleine Schönheitsreparaturen sind angebracht. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern war im Juli/ August Gold wert. Der Pool und Aussenbereich ist richtig toll. Francesco, der Vermieter, hat uns sehr nett empfangen und tolle Tipps gegeben. Über die bunt gemischte Kiste mit frischem Gemüse haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank. Die Lage des Hauses ist klasse. Zu Fuß zum Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt, Eisdiele und Restaurants - alles kein Problem. Zum Strand sind wir lieber mit dem Auto gefahren.

Ferienhaus in der Toskana

Das Ferienhaus hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, es ist super gepflegt und geräumig. Auch der Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Mix aus Städtetour und Strandurlaub.

Una bellissima vacanza

Francesco è un proprietario di casa ospitale e disponibile. Al momento del check in ci ha fornito di tutte le informazioni necessarie per godere al massimo dei servizi della zona nel corso del nostro soggiorno. La casa è stupenda. Esattamente come in foto anzi dal vivo ancora più bella. Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di poterci tornare presto!!
