Petit chalet avec beaucoup de charme (meubles et vaisselle de famille). La partie rénovée est très agréable (véranda avec une vue magnifique). En revanche le lit de la 2nde chambre a besoin d être changé (sommier et matelas beaucoup trop mince), la douche est à revoir entièrement (revêtement appliqué et écoulement de l eau).

Très agréable séjour dans ce chalet très bien situé.

Une semaine de ski, très ensoleillée, dans ce chalet situé en hauteur du village, avec une très belle vue sur le domaine skiable situé juste en face et sur le massif des écrins. L'extension vitrée du chalet est un espace formidable pour profiter de ce panorama.

Cosy chalet in good location

We enjoyed a week at the chalet exploring the local area and the ski resorts of Serre Chevalier and Montgenevre. The town and ski lift are not far down a steep hill. The view of the ski slope from the chalet is lovely and can be enjoyed on the terrace or in the light conservatory. The kitchen and second bedroom are compact but have storage and everything that you need is provided. The toilet is separate to the shower and wash basin which was handy for a group of 4 adults. It was great to be able to have bed linen and towels provided for ease. We enjoyed some evenings with a log fire and watching TV. If the second sofa were little more comfy it would be perfect! Communication with the owners was quick and friendly and although not fluent in English, with the aid of a smartphone and Google Translate, it wasn’t an issue. Thank you Pierre and Francoise for a lovely stay!

Le chalet est situé dans le village de Villard Laté au dessus de Chantemerle. La vue est magnifique. Le chalet est ancien mais bien équipé le seul point négatif est la literie, trop ancienne , matelas très faible épaisseur, sommier très fatigué. Si vous mesurez plus 1,90m ne réservez pas ce chalet.Les chambres sont très petites , situées sous les toits.

Semaine de la Saint-Sylvestre extraordinaire en famille à Villard Laté

Un petit message pour vous dire que nous avons adoré votre chalet et notre semaine à Serre Chevalier. Toutes nos félicitations pour ce très beau chalet, magnifiquement situé avec une vue imprenable et très bien aménagé. On s' y sent vraiment bien! Il ne manque rien dans le Chalet, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée et il y a largement de vaisselle et outils de cuisine pour passer de bonnes soirées dans la magnifique veranda vitrée qui offre une vue à couper le souffle sur le domaine de Chantemerle. Nous avons également apprecié le fait, qu´une des chambres à l´étage est particulierement grande et a permis d´y ajouter un des 3 lits de l´autre chambre pour y dormir à 4 (2 parents, 2 enfants), l´autre chambre étant alors disponible pour les grands-parents. Merci à Madame et Monsieur Combet pour leur accueil et leur prévenance. Merci également pour votre cadeau de bienvenue à l´entrée dans votre chalet. C´est avec plaisir que nous reviendrions!

Fantastic homely chalet in a great location

We have stayed in Serre Chevalier for 10 years and used a variety of types of accommodation -this is the best so far. For our family of four it was perfect. We had driven from UK to resort and without a car the location would be a challenge for some as it is approx. 10 minutes walk via a steep hill which we did manage several times but a car was really useful. The views across to slope and to the surrounding mountains are stunning. The only improvement we would want is based around picking up the key at the start of the holiday. We ended up waiting approx. 3 hours to get the key once in resort. However this was soon forgotten., I would suggest that the owners could look at a key box to improve the current situation. Overall 5 stars!

CHALET MAGNIFIQUE

Nous avons passés un superbe séjour avec nos deux chiens, dans ce magnifique chalet à l'ambiance chaleureuse, très lumineux,avec une terrasse orientée plein sud qui offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Sans oublier les soirées au coin du feu...un pur délice... Très fonctionnel,et bien entretenu, il ne manque absolument rien dans ce chalet. On s'y sent tout simplement bien..... Véritable havre de paix, c'est aussi une situation idéale pour les passionnés de ski ( 5 minutes des pistes du superbe domaine de Serre Chevalier) et les amoureux de la nature. Une mention toute particulière pour les propriétaires qui sont absolument charmants, disponibles et à l'écoute. Une superbe adresse à retenir...et bien entendu...Nous reviendrons...

Des vacances inoubliables!

Nous avons passé trois semaines tellement agréables dans ce chalet accueillant, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Déjeuner en terrasse au soleil avec comme paysages les montagnes enneigées, petites soirées au coin du feu.
