We had a very nice stay! The house was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a good, quiet family neighborhood. We really enjoyed having the pool. The furnishings and decor are simple, but the home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host, Kyle, was wonderful - very nice and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property!

Absolutely loved the house. We actually booked again for a trip in October. It’s centrally located which made dinner reservations, shopping at the mall and a trip to the beach equally within 12-14 minute drive from the house. Kyle answered all questions I had within minutes. Can’t get better than that. The house was clean and the backyard was beautiful. Price was absolutely reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this house.

This property is very comfortable, and the host was very attentive to our needs. We very much enjoyed the pool, and the location is well situated in terms of shops, restaurants, and golf courses. We particularly liked the proximity to Mizner Park.

We were in town for a graduation stayed here with my wife and three kids. This worked out great for us house was clean well stocked and easy to find. I missed the house info that was on the table to the right when we checked in so I sent a note about the WiFi password owner was responsive and got right back to me. Had a couple questions over the weekend always got quick responses. We went to the Inter Miami game Sunday night and Fort Lauderdale Sunday both drives were really easy and it is only 30 minutes from the airports (FLL & PBI). We have family that live in the neighborhood so we will be staying here again.

This home was perfect . There was not a thing this home was missing , it actually had an abundance of bath towels, pool towels and extra sheets for bedding . The kitchen was equipped with more than anything you could need. The kitchen was also spotless . The bedrooms have beds that are very comfortable which is a huge win. Both bathrooms are big and well kept . I had a Yorkie with me and she was able to roam around the back yard without getting out . When I messaged the owner, I think it was a minute before he responded . They were amazing and on top of everything . I would most definitely rent at this home again . The pool had no chill in it as it is heated and was very nice to swim in . The location on this home is PRIME… really great location and safe.I highly recommend this home .
