It offers a cozy and familiar atmosphere, having been totally remodeled, respecting its original "traça", having a chimney / fireplace equipped with a salamander for the cold winter nights; And it becomes extremely cool during the hot season. In the village of Arez, with a view of the northern Alentejo landscape, offers all the comfort and privacy, having two possible entrances, the main and one side. It is the ideal place for your holidays with family and friends.

The region
Ideally located in the village of Arez, about 3km from Fadagosa Thermal Baths (founded in 1792), ideal for treating various health problems: Musculoskeletal, respiratory, metabolic and dermatological. They are running all year round and have a SPA Unit, Physical and Thermal Rehabilitation. Arez is 6km from the beautiful village of Nisa. Being this a nice locality with many points of interest to visit. Highlights in the county are the crafts, gastronomy, historical, cultural and environmental heritage. The Tejo and Sever Rivers are an added value that give shelter to immense species (flora, fauna and avifauna) that are easily observed. The Castle of Amieira do Tejo is very close to the village of Arez, as well as the river beach of the Alamal (26 km) which allows nautical activities and fishing. There are several marked "Discover the Tagus" footpaths. Direct access to hiking trails and bike and horse riding.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Betreuung war perfekt. Jederzeit konnte man unkompliziert Hilfe und Rat erhalten. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für eine große Familie und liegt ruhig gelegen, so dass man entspannen kann. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir spontan verlängert haben. Also absolut empfehlenswert! Kleiner Hinweis: Die Bilder beim Inserat sind nicht ganz aktuell, d.h. die Anzahl der Betten stimmt, aber die Zimmer sind anders aufgeteilt. Ein weiterer, kleinerer Kochtopf in der Küche wäre noch praktisch.

Arez- tratamento anti stess.

Excelente na pacatez, Arez, sossegado refúgio, permite-nos chegar sem dificuldades aos pontos de interesse que a envolvem, ainda que algo distantes, como Évora, p/ex. Os acessos rodoviários são, na esmagadora maioria, bem melhores que os encontrados nas cidades do litoral. Será estadia a repetir quando voltar aquelas bandas e muito sinceramente, para quem procura tempo aprazível em recato e família, altamente recomendável.

A casa tem tudo o necessário para passar uns dias agradáveis e permitir conhecer a zona circundante à localidade de Arez. Sentimo-nos como se em nossa casa estivesse-mos.

"A casa possuía condições...

"A casa possuía condições ideais para receber as 6 pessoas do grupo, e é bastante agradável. A zona é fria durante o Inverno, por isso para além de acender a salamandra, fizemos uso dos aquecedores existentes na casa. As camas têm cobertores suficientes para não se sentir frio durante a noite. Apreciámos o facto de terem disponíveis jogos e vários folhetos com informação sobre os locais a visitar no zona. A casa está localizada junto à estrada mas numa zona calma. E os sons mais audíveis serão provavelmente das aves que aproveitam os espaços naturais envolventes. A localidade tem bons acessos e facilmente se podem visitar as bonitas áreas envolventes como as Portas de Ródão ou o Castelo de Marvão. A população de Arez é muito hospitaleira. A relação qualidade-preço é excelente."
