The house was overall much like the listing described. Tall A frame with quick accessibility to Sunriver Village. The train did wake me up in the wee morning hours when windows were left open, which is to be expected although I am not a light sleeper. Bikes on site are not equipped with gears so we opted to rent for ease of navigating inclines. What I was not aware of or perhaps missed in listing is that the house is located near highway 97 and it was noisy when sitting outside even in the early morning hours. Beds were comfy, hot tub was hot. Only the one air conditioning unit in the house so be aware that the bottom bedroom would need to stay open at night to get some benefit from this. We slept upstairs and it was plenty cool. Overall it served its purpose on this visit.

A Perfect Little Sunriver GetawayOur recent stay at 8 Coyote Lane was wonderful! This was our fifth time staying at this adorable little cabin, and we love coming back. It has become a special place for us, and it was the perfect choice for celebrating our 40th anniversary. Since we honeymooned in Sunriver 40 years ago, coming back here made the trip even more meaningful. The cabin is cozy, comfortable and absolutely spotless. Although it is pet-friendly, you would never know that dogs had stayed there. There is plenty of room for six people, but we especially love it for the two of us—it has everything we need for a relaxing getaway. The Roy'sThe bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was wonderful, and the BBQ was in great shape. The location is also fantastic. It’s just a short walk to the Village for shopping and good food, and it makes a great home base for exploring the area. During our stay, we enjoyed a canoe trip on the Deschutes from the Marina, a day in Bend and the Mill District, and even some zip-lining near Mt. Bachelor. We also had a few questions during our stay and Bennington Properties was wonderful to work with. Every time I reached out, someone responded within minutes and was incredibly helpful. After five stays, I think it’s safe to say 8 Coyote Lane has become one of our favorite places to stay in Sunriver. Thank you for another wonderful visit and for helping make our 40th anniversary getaway so special!

Great cabin in a prime location. The cabin had everything we needed as a family of four traveling with our dog who loved playing fetch out back off the deck. Within walking distance of the shops and restaurants and great communication from the property management.
Great place, super close to the main hub with coffee shops, grocery & restaurants. The management team is fantastic. Easy check in and very accommodating.

Very clean, everything worked well. Even though the AC is in the living room, it can still cool the bedroom upstairs fine. Bikes provided are in great shape, quick coast down to the village. Stayed for 4 nights, wish we could have stayed longer!
