Welcome to your cozy Sunriver retreat — the perfect escape for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind and explore Central Oregon’s high desert beauty. This light and bright single-level home features three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a spacious layout that makes relaxation easy.

The living room invites you to kick back with a gas fireplace, plush seating, and plenty of natural light pouring in through large windows. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee or winding down with a movie after a day of adventure, this space makes it feel like home. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, and the dining room offers a warm setting for sharing them.

The king ensuite offers a private sanctuary, while the queen bedroom and bunk room (with two sets of bunk beds) make a great setup for kids or additional guests.

Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub under the stars — a must after biking the miles of paved Sunriver trails or floating the nearby Deschutes River. The home also includes bikes for your use, so you can explore like a local without packing gear. Everything you need for pure relaxation

We had a great stay, everything was as described. The back deck was such a nice spot to relax in the sun, read a book or hop in the hot tub. The house was well appointed with comfortable spaces, loved hanging by the fireplace! The location was central to all that Sunriver has to offer. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Loved the house. Great location near the park, made use of the huge back porch. Only complaint was the master bedroom mattress was very hard- had a pretty sore back. But overall we had an excellent stay.

Lots of room in house

Big house with lots of space for kids. Convenient to Sunriver. Downside was there was dog hair on everything when we arrived including all the beds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay over New Years' at 3 Hoodoo Lane was nice. The house had a nice lay out and was comfortable for the 6 of us. Although, not a new home, everything functioned well. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, although a 9 x13 baking dish was needed- quickly brought by Bennington upon my request! - Thx The beds were all comfortable and the TVs were new and large! The couch in the living room was old and not too comfortable. We tried to pull out the sofa bed, but the mattress is too thin to sleep on. The lighting was poor in the living room and difficult to read. A lamp of some sort is needed next to the couch. Bennington was fabulous as usual and the house was clean and warm upon our arrival. Overall, it was a great stay but the house could use some updating.

Well stocked, great location, very comfortable

A treasure! The house and property are spacious and very close to Ft Rock Park, with Village and Nature Center maybe a 10-15 minutes mostly downhill (one way anyways...) bike ride. Kids and family had an absolute blast. Hot tub is very private. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, including waffle maker, rice cooker, spices/seasonings, and many other comforts. Absolutely thrilled with the property and management, and hope to be back someday soon.

Clean property with space for all but very bad beds...

Hoodoo 3 is an older home that is very well maintained. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our visit (fully stocked kitchen.) VERY LARGE deck with a nice hot tub. The master bedroom is separated from the guest bedrooms which gave everyone privacy and room to roam. Truly, the house would be a homerun except for the BEDS. The beds are truly awful. We tossed and turned and woke up sore. Not relaxing at all. I would not stay here again or recommend it until the beds are addressed. My children even complained of the terrible beds! I understand it is expensive to replace all the beds. But, what about a foam topper for all the beds? For less than $600 you could put foam toppers on all the beds and make a WORLD of difference. Costco has great topper options that would really fix your bed problem. The sheets are very nice and comfortable but much like putting lipstick on a pig. We considered sleeping on the new sofas to try to get some comfort but they are fairly narrow. In the end, I marked my overall rating lower than the other categories because the beds can make or break your stay. We were broke all over our bodies.

Pleasant experience

Hoodoo #3 was a wonderful fit for our family of 3 and our dog! The house had everything we needed. The king bed is firm, but was perfect for us. The queen bed is also firm and worked for our son. Hot tub was nice too. We'll be back, no complaints.

It was a good house, a little worn. The lighting was very dim and had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. Big house, very well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Huge deck.

Great Sun River get away

The house is older so expect that it’s not shiny & new. With that said, it was well stocked & had everything we needed. Very close to Ft Rock Park if you want to take kids to playground or throw a ball for your dog. There were a few housekeeping items that needed to be taken care of but nothing that impacted our stay. Large deck would be great in warmer months. I recommend this property.

Great house and location!

We really enjoyed the house. Comfy beds, good appliances, clean hot tub! It was a great place for two Daniels of four to spend a few days, make meals, and relax. The deer in the backyard every morning was fun for the kiddos too!

We love to cook and were thrilled to see a truly well stocked kitchen, though the non-stick pan need replacing. The bedroom layout was great for our three generations. We had some trouble with the furnace, but Bennington had someone there in 30 minutes - great service. Thank you for sharing your home!
