Situated amongst beautiful Ponderosa Pines, this immaculate home boasts all the amenities you might need for a fun vacation. With two bedrooms on the main floor, you have the choice to stay close to your guests or you can stay in one of the four bedrooms downstairs for added privacy.

Two well-appointed living areas in the home provide plenty of room for movie viewing and relaxing with friends. You can also take advantage of a well-equipped kitchen for all your cooking or food storage needs. Don’t forget to use the hot tub and the large backyard deck after a busy day of skiing, biking or swimming.

This house was perfect for our 3 generation family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. It was nice to have a table big enough that we could all fit around. The pool table and ping pong table were great entertainment. It was a quiet location with easy access to bike paths. Hope to return before too long.

Great family home

Family reunion at sunriver

What a wonderful house for a big group get together. We loved it for the kitchen is well stocked, kids played pool downstairs while adults had so much room upstairs let alone multiple decks to watch birds and occasional deer.

Perfect House for family vacation

We stayed with several families and enjoyed the house very much. It is spacious, has a wonderful kitchen, a table that fit all of us and great spaces for puzzles and games. Highly recommended for family gatherings or groups of friends.

Super comfortable multigenerational gathering home

This property is perfect for a multigenerational gathering. All the adults had comfortable king suites and children/teens had bunk areas. I loved having two lounge spaces. And as the “elder” couple who occupied the primary suite, I appreciated the sound proofing from other areas of the house as our children enjoyed later hours! Very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Especially appreciated a dining table large enough for our group of 13. We made many great memories here.

Great house for a gathering

We rented the house for a weekend to celebrate my 23 year olds birthday. It easily accommodated our group of 14 and the house had something to offer everyone - from bikes, pool, ping pong, board games, etc. the kitchen was well stocked and equipped making it easy to cook and feed for the whole group.

Quiet Spot in Sun River!! Beautiful home.

We had a company Senior Management meeting at this property and it was very clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend this property for a Mid size group of people. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Only complaint was that the pool table is in terrible condition as well as the sticks.

Perfect fit (January 2024)

This home was perfect for our growing family of 17, ages ranging from 6 months to 40 years. Location:👌 in culdesac by golf course, bonus pond basically in the back yard. The awesome: TWO washers and dryers TWO ovens TWO dishwashers Abundance of kitchen utensils (even a cake pop maker!) Each bedroom has its own bathroom 👍 Fireplaces to warm up by were awesome The master suite tub with jets was AMAZING. ENDLESS HOT WATER Even a portable crib for babies! Communication was great! Ping pong and Pool table 🥳 I'm sure there's more I can't think of at the moment! Not so Awesome: ....I can't think of anything, other than maybe we will bring a couple extra ping pong balls next time 😉 we could only find one, maybe we were just blind!) I'm sure I'm missing more but we plan to rent this home each annual trip to Sun River until we outgrow it!

Excellent, excellent, excellent!

I have nothing but great things to say about this property. We filled the home to max capacity with a group of badass, fun-loving women (and one Weiner dog) with high expectations and standards and I heard nothing but positive comments about every aspect of our stay. My decision to book this particular rental came down to the open floor plan in the combination kitchen/dining room/living room and it was perfect for our goal of connecting with one another, being lazy and comfortable, cooking and eating so much delicious food, going on beautiful walks, playing, singing, dancing, hot tubbing, etc. There was great separation of space so that people could be in the downstairs den introverting or playing games without being bothered by the laughing and music that was happening upstairs. The kitchen had ample utensils and cookware, and counter space for bar items and large, buffet-style food serving. The dining room table allowed plenty of room for us all to have sit-down family style meals. Additional notes: Check-in and check out were very simple and easy The house was clean, bright, and beautiful The only slight criticism that I heard is that the pool table was uneven, but this was coming from a pool shark. Over the course of the weekend comments went from, "We should do this trip at this house every year!" to "We need to this quarterly!"

Great weekend with family

We had plenty of room for our family of 15. Very comfortable with two levels to hang out in. The kids loved the pool table and the ping pong table. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings watching several deer running after each other. The kitchen was well equipped with two ovens and two dishwashers for all the delicious food we prepared. All in all a great time with family in a house that worked well for us.

Our family stay was wonderful. Large open rooms with a lovely view of the golf course and pond through the expansive windows. Plenty of beds for all and the kitchen was equipped for any need. The pool table was enjoyed by all!

Great house needs update & cleaning

House was sufficient space wise. Mattresses in the Master’s need to be replaced. Bad beds affected 2 of 4 families. There were not enough hand towels for each bathroom sink to have it’s own towel. Floors & kitchen area were really dirty. We cleaned it up & function of house went well for a large group. Time to update to make it worth the cost.

This was an amazing house for our annual reunion! The property management staff were extremely kind and helpful with all my questions and needs! The house was equipped with everything you need. Large House is Great Location!

This home is great for family or friend gatherings with plenty of space for everyone! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and everything felt and looked super clean. I highly recommend this home for large groups and families! Also, it is dog friendly, which is a huge plus since we brought ours 😊
