Mountainside Inn is Telluride's most affordable property, conveniently located along the San Miguel River and just 200 yards to lift #7!

*Please note: Parking in the town of Telluride is a growing issue. Mountainside Inn parking spaces are limited, and permit availability is first come, first served. We strongly encourage you to consider one of the many local shuttle options in favor of driving. Should you choose to drive, and use one of the Mountainside Inn Parking Permits, there is a $20 per night parking fee. If there is no Mountainside Inn parking available, you may need to park overnight in one of the local paid parking garages.*

The Mountainside Inn is located along the San Miguel River in the heart of Telluride. It is comprised of four separate buildings, all of which are two floors with stair access (no elevators). Rooms may face the river, mountainside, parking lot or a neighboring building.

This is a hotel room with kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, two-burner stovetop, coffee maker and toaster). This room has a queen bed and a twin bed and private bath with shower only (no tub).

Complimentary wifi is included. A well-stocked vending machine and coin-operated laundry are located on the property. There is no A/C at the Mountainside Inn.

The Mountainside Inn is just two blocks from the grocery store, and about a 10-minute walk from historic downtown Telluride. The river trail offers a delightful path through town, and the free in-town shuttle picks up about a 1/2-block from the Inn.

Please be aware that your room number may differ than the one on your reservation confirmation. The Mountainside Inn reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable room without notifying the guest.

Stayed here for a solo snowboarding trip. Short walk to the gondola via the river trail, even shorter walk to chair lift #7. Basic accommodations but exactly what I was looking for. Would stay again.

Great location next to Lift 7. Friendly front desk staff. Clean. Had all the basics my son and I needed to enjoy time on the amazing Telluride slopes. Excellent value. Would definitely stay there again.

Parking is really frustrating just trying to find a place to park while you go in and check in.

Floors were really squeaky and the toilet flushed really loud. It was very clean and Telluride is beautiful but the parking situation for checking in needs to be improved. Maybe you could reserve a couple of spots just for those checking in.

We were happy with the amenities this property offered— the bed, table, and kitchen area. The location is also great and parking is pretty easy. However, we were disappointed because the room was not very clean when we arrived— clumps of hair stuck to blankets, sticky parts on the floor, dust and other particles on the rug, and no body shampoo in the bathroom. We called the front desk and ask if they would mind just swinging by to mop the floor & bring a few bars of soap. They said they would. We stopped by the front desk to drop off a paper to check in, and reminded them of these requests. They said someone would be right over. Unfortunately, these things did not seem to be remedied when we arrived later (floor was still sticky, no soap). Our advice— splurge for one of the fancier rooms since this place is already pretty pricey.
