Erholsamer Bretagneurlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub miit herrlichen Ausflügen entlang der Küste, schönen Stränden und viel Ruhe. Das Haus war sehr schön und mit dem Vermieter sind wir rundum absolut zufrieden. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Agentur war holprig. Die Skizze für ddn Zugang und den Pakplatz war ganz am Ende einer PDF versteckt, die an einer Mail anghängt war mit endlosen Erklärungen zu Stornobedingunen etc. Die Angabe, zur Schlüsselübergabe würden wir kurz vor Anreise informiert wurde nicht eingelöst. Nach Anfrage beim Vermieter, teilte er uns mit, ein Agent würde sich mit uns in Verbindung setzen. Das geschah nicht und bei Ankunft war der junge Mann auch nicht vor Ort. Über die E-Mailadresse, die wir vom Vermieter hatten, haben wir den Agenten kontaktiert, der dann erst anrief, er würdd sich leider etwas verspäten. Das alles hätte wohl besser laufen können, wenn 1. die Anfahrtskizze nicht wie in einem Suchspiel versteckt gewesen wäre und wir 2. Über Fewo den Link zur Homepage des Vermieters bekommen hätten. Da wären wohl alle notwendigen Angaben leicht zugänglich gewesen. Fazit: schönes Haus, netter Vermieter, der sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert, aber eine bessere Betreuung durch die Agentur wäre wünschenswert. Alles in allem dennoch ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Nous avons apprécié les pièces de cette grande maison insonorisée entre les étages. Les pièces du bas sont restées fraîches et agréables pendant la canicule. L'escalier n'est pas dangereux pour les enfants en bas âge, ainsi que le jardin bien clos. Les plages proches magnifiques, très encaissées, sont bien accessibles le matin et en soirée en Juillet.

Maison pratique et bien située pour famille avec enfants

La maison est très bien située: à 10 minutes à pied de la très belle plage de Rospico (2 minutes en voiture) et du sentier côtier qu'apprécieront marcheurs mais aussi coureurs. Le jardin est bien clôturé, ce qui est très pratique pour les enfants en bas âge. A notre arrivée, la maison était propre et elle dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour.

Schönes Haus, schöne Umgebung, schöne Ferien!

Das Haus ist fantastisch! Ruhige Lage, schöner, geschützter Garten, 700 Meter zum Meer, tolle Strände, tolle Steilküste und Wanderwege. Das Haus hat alles, was man für längere Ferien braucht. Die Räume sind schön eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Insgesamt ist das Haus geräumiger als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen bei Fragen weiter. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind mit dem Fahrrad in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in der Bretagne

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub in der Bretagne! Der Vermieter hat sich unmittelbar nach der Buchungsanfrage gemeldet. Die Buchung selbst war sehr unkompliziert. Unmittelbar vor dem Urlaub hat sich der Vermieter noch einmal persönlich gemeldet und die Objektanschrift sowie ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort genannt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen eine kurze Führung durch das Haus. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und für unsere Verhältnisse (mit 2 Kinder) optimal ausgestattet. Der Garten ist durch eine Mauer von der Straße und durch eine Hecke vom übrigen Grundstück abgetrennt. Dadurch hat mein eine gewisse Privatsphäre und für die Kinder sehr sicher! Durch die Mauer an der Straße hört man kaum den Straßenverkehr. Es war sehr Ruhig und Erholsam. Der Vermieter hat sich auch persönlich vorgestellt und sich erkundigt ob auch alles in ordnung wäre. Ein rumdum perfekter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen alten Steinhaus, das ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen kann! Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen!

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr schöne ruhige Lage, gute und ausreichende Ausstattung, guter liebenswürdiger und unkomplizierter Service und nette zuvorkommende Betreuung. Alles bestens, immer gerne wieder. Leider geht aus dem Beschreibungstext nicht hervor, ob die Endreinigung enthalten ist, aber sehr (!) kleines Manko.

Une maison spacieuse, bien équipée dans un coin de Bretagne fabuleux

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette propriété. Le jardin est idéal pour le farniente, les barbecue-party, une bonne partie de mölkky ou des batailles d'eau. Un tuyau d'arrosage serait toutefois bienvenu pour le retour de plage ! La maison est spacieuse et très fonctionnelle aussi bien au niveau de l'électroménager que des sanitaires. La présence de livres et de revues enfant est très appréciable. Quand à sa situation, on est à 800 m qui sentier côtier avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. L'anse de Rospico est à 15 min à pied et à 3 minutes en voiture. La pêche à pied au bord du Belon à 20 minutes et la pointe de Trévignon à 15 minutes. Les moustiques étaient hélas de la partie mais il faut se dire qu'ils n'étaient là que parce que les températures ont avoisiné les 25 degrés en moyenne pendant notre séjour ! La maison étant vraiment proche de la côte, les nuages pleuvent souvent après être partis dans les terres. Donc de biens belles vacances, à renouveler peut-être !

A spacious, functional , well -located house , with a few minor drawbacks. ( see below).

The house was spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and the generous garden would be very safe for small children. A convenient location, about a mile from the beach and coast. Parking for the house was not entirely satisfactory, as it was close to the wall and on a blind curve of a road with quite fast traffic. The rooms were comfortably large, but the three upstairs rooms were rather dark, as the windows were overshadowed with large metal shutters, which we could not move, and which are not visible in the photo of the house. We were grateful for the mosquito net in the double bedroom, as there were plenty of mosquitoes in July. A plug-in electrical mosquito-deterring device would be useful. We had a lovely holiday, in a beautiful peaceful location, with plenty to do and see, and shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful Brittany in a charming gite.

Charming gite in Nevez exactly the right size for our party of 6 adults and one toddler. Eric the owner very helpful with details. Thank you. Comfortable furnishings and pretty colours. Well equipped with sunny garden and close enough to walk to the beach. Lovely walks along the beautiful Brittany coastline. Point Aven is good but go early to avoid crowds. Raguenez plague has hardly changed in 30 years and M.Tongouys cider is delicious. We had a happy time in the sun barbequing and reminiscing. Only negative ...beware of the mosquitos and take Deet with you!

Un séjour très agréable!

We had two wonderful weeks in this nice location. Nothing to complain about the cottage. Enough space for 6+ people. We enjoyed the little beach at Anse de Rospico and in Port Manech where the little kids could play around in shallow water without any danger and also the possibility to rent a catamaran or kayak for the olders boys. For us it was a good decission to bring our bicyles to go to the beach and for daily shopping in Nevez but also for trips to e.g. Port Aven. We also enjoyed day trips to Concarneau, Quimper, Lorient and this beautiful, old, little village Locranan. We have had a great ralaxing vacation!

Belle maison, bonne situation.

Belle grande maison. Bonne literie. Proche de Port Manech, joli port et belle plage. Un restau sympa, terrasse face à la plage, pas de gastronomie, mais de la qualité (salades, crêpes et galettes, moules, poisson du jour ...) : la Châtaigneraie. Maison impeccable. Juste un reproche (les choses peuvent s'arranger) : pas de chauffage, et dans une vieille maison, l'humidité s'installe vite !
