Perfect condo

My husband and I rented for a month while visiting family and working remotely. This condo is very spacious and both of us were able to setup work space. Very clean, updated, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, great shower pressure, fully equipped kitchen. We made use of the pool area, which is very nice, since beaches had red tide. Susan was extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. We would definitely rent here again.

What makes this property unique

The condo has a gorgeous view of the 10th fairway and it's a quick trip to get to Venice Island with 17 miles of beach and plenty of FREE parking. If you prefer Englewood Beach, it's close too! There is tons of shopping for staples, i.e. Walmart, Target and Publix within 5 minutes. There are many unique touches in this condo. And everyone enjoys the newer quality furnishings (especially recliners) for relaxing & appliances. From a corkscrew to the smart TV, this is an awesome place to kick back and enjoy the Florida sunshine!
