About this property

Fantastic central position, spacious 2 bed apartment , 2 Min walk to the beach.

Absolutely fantastic position in the heart of Calpe, with a very short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, and the many shops, restaurants, and bars offering a wide range to suit all tastes. The lovely old town is just a short walk up the high street, which has kept its old Spanish charm and offers a variety of traditional restaurants. No need for a car everything is within walking distance. You will not find a more central location than this.

The property has a spacious hallway, two good-sized bedrooms with twin beds, wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 1 has a door leading onto a balcony. There are two hairdryers one in each bedroom. Also a safe in Bedroom 1. Both bedrooms have air conditioning which also doubles as heating.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. Separate lounge and dining area, with WIFI, & digitalTV. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and two heated towel rails. There is also a back balcony with a washing machine and clothesline. Spacious front balcony with table and chairs, which gets the morning sun, nice for breakfast. You get a great view of the high street and the Penon and the hills towards Moraira. Situated on the 8th floor so nice and cool in the summer months, as you get a nice breeze blowing through the whole apartment. There are fans available, and also a heater.

It's my parents apartment, but I am helping them with the admin of it.

I was born and bred in Hertfordshire. I am married and have two children. I work for the NHS as Phlebotomist at my local hospital.

I love being a host and sharing my love of Calpe with others, so they can share the joy the coast has to offer.

Why they chose this property

My Grandfather purchased this property back in the 60's when Calp was just a small fishing village. I spent all of my childhood summers in Calp and loved every second of them. I now have my own family and we have enjoyed family holidays there often. Calp is such a great place for families or couples alike, there is something for everybody, you can do as little or as much as you like. The climate is great all year round.
We have been out there in October and been on the beach and in shorts.

What makes this property unique

This property is situated in the heart of Calp, very close to all the restaurants, bars and shops, and a very short walk to the beach. The apartment has two balconies which is nice. Its nice being on the top floor as you don't have people banging overhead and the views are nice.
