About this property

Comfortable and well equipped 4 bedroom family home - 600m from the beach

This is a very comfortable home in Flexbury, Bude, suitable for families. The house is only a 5 minute walk away from the town beaches, golf course and shops. Once you have driven to Bude you do not need to use your car again! There is a variety of independent shops, restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets in Bude.
We have renovated and extended a bungalow to create a spacious 4 bedroom semi detached house. There is a master bedroom with a superking bed and ensuite, 2 rooms with doubles and a bedroom with bunk beds. Towels and linen are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Downstairs is a modern and comfortable open plan area with 2 sets of French doors that open onto a South facing garden with outdoor sofas, patio and lawn. There is also a gas barbecue and seating area. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped for 8 people. A stainless steel dual fuel range oven, gorenji fridge dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included) and a large breakfast bar. There is a utility room with washing machine, freezer, ironing board and drying area and a separate WC. The front garden has our small allotment and you are welcome to harvest produce that is ready during your stay.

Changeover day is on a Saturday, check out by 9am and arrival is from 2pm.

The property was perfect for us. A group of 4 adults and 3 children. It was very well equipped spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is well located for beaches and shops and we walked everywhere so no need to use the car. We all had a great time. Would definitely look to book it again if going to Bude.

Beautiful property. V clean and up to date, nicely decorated and with some nice artwork. V well equiped. Lovely sun-trap garden with comfortable furniture and barbeque. Nice peaceful area but well positioned - just a few minutes walk from Crooklets beach and the town centre.

Great Spacious Property

Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped house very well located within walking distance of Crooklets Beach and Bude town centre. Car really not required once you arrive. Photos on the website don't really do justice to the size of the property or garden. 4 adults and 4 children between 6 and 14 fitted in really comfortably. Everything you need for a holiday home was provided. Would definitely recommend.

This is one of the nicest houses we have stayed in over many years coming to Bude. We were a family of two adults two kids and two grandmas and it suited us perfectly. Recently renovated it feels new, clean, bright and spacious. Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glass, as well as pots pans etc. Lovely patio & garden. Walking distance to everything. The owners are friendly and helpful, before during & after our stay. Would highly recommend this fabulous house.

Absolutely lovely home!! The garden was fantastic and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and had an easy check in. The local area is lovely and has so much to offer. We really didn’t use the cars at all and stayed in Bude for the whole week - definitely reccomend!

A very comfortable holiday home

We were 7 adults and a 17 month old child. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and exactly as described with the master bedroom and en suite being the envy of the other 5 adults. The downstairs area is spacious, well equipped, modern and ideal for a family holiday. The children's play kitchen kept our little one entertained for hours. Lovely patio area for sun bathing/relaxing, grass area for play and BBQ which we used several times. Town and beach easy to walk to so the cars were hardly used. We took advantage of the golf course which we walked to twice. Wonderful holiday - any improvements. A microwave would have been useful to us heating up toddler food.
