Beautiful panoramic villa, built in 2014, surrounded by a property of 2 hectares planted with vineyards and hazelnut trees complete with every comfort: large private pool (4x12) with magnificent views of the Langhe, gym equipped with professional treadmill, elliptical, exercise equipment, Jacuzzi from 4 people.
The Villa is furnished with the best furniture of Italian design, a large fireplace in the living area, a large kitchen equipped with all comforts, dishwasher, fridge 600 l with ice maker, microwave, 90cm oven, wood oven. The master bathroom covered in travertine has a Jacuzzi and Hammam. The second bathroom covered in Carrara marble.

Consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen with a table for 10 people and wood stove inside. Large living room with fireplace and views of the mountains and Langhe. Terraces and private garden, porch with a large table, wood-burning barbecue, ancient well. Wifi in every room.

Magnificent property

The property is magnificent and the views spectacular, right in the middle of the vineyards. The pool is excellent and quite large, but needed a proper cleaning, which did not happen before half of the vacation was gone. Some more out-door furniture would also be an improvement.

Lovely setting; Issues

The couple who greeted us at the property and the vine & garden man were very helpful and friendly. The house and grounds were lovely and fine, altho we were there during an extreme hot spell & purchased 2 electric fans ourselves which were very useful. The property was very difficult to find, even with GPS, and the phone # listed in VBRO site and emailed to us, was incorrect by one digit, so useless. We've done many VRBO stays (& 4 of them in Europe this summer) and this is the only property we've stayed in where there were no maps, books, other info, on the area on the property. Also, this was the only VBRO we've experienced where our electrical usage was calculated (elect meter) and we were charged for it at the end of our stay. There was also a separate charge added at end of our visit for linen. These are, in fact, listed in small print ("additional information about rental rates") in the VBRO site, but, in our experience, these charges were absolutely unique. Be aware.

Beautiful villa in the hills of Piedmont

This is a modernized hilltop villa set among vines and hazelnut trees. The vista is spectacular. There are two very comfortable bedrooms. The third bedroom has a sofa bed which we did not use. Many closets and drawers. Two very nice bathrooms. Large kitchen fairly well equipped for cooking. We are not so used to the little Mika coffee maker, and wish there was an electric one. There is a terrace with large table and chairs for outdoor dining, a grill, and a lovely swimming pool. The lounges at the pool are not so good, but adequate. You cannot adjust the backs to sit up. Unfortunately we endured a heat wave the whole week, temperatures 97 (36C) It was too hot to sit outside except in the late afternoon. Inside there is radiant floor cooling but it could not overcome the extreme temperatures. The bedrooms were very hot at night. Fans would have helped immensely. With climate change these heat waves will become common and the owners should consider installing ceiling fans or even mini split AC in the bedrooms. A set of towels for each each and clean sheets on the beds are provided for the week. A second set of towels, or pool towels would be a nice addition.Overall, if it were not for the heat, this would have been about as close to perfect as one could get. PS. the owner MariaChiara was away. She responded to texts on WhatsApp but she did not explain that she was not in the area until I asked. PPS. there are two lovely outdoor cats who warm up to you. Tatti and Jonny.

Wunderschön....ABER...

Positiv: Fantastische Lage!!! Wunderschönes Haus!!! Wunderschöne Aussicht!!! Grosser toller Pool!!! Schöner Garten. Sehr ruhig. Viele tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung ( Umkreis von ca. 30 KM) Giovanni ist ein sehr sehr netter Mensch, er sorgt super für Pool und Aussenanlage und verwöhnt einem mit Trauben und Haselnüssen. Danke dafür! Negativ: Das Bettsofa eignet sich überhaupt nicht für 2 Erwachsene Personen, egal welche Gewichtsklasse, schlafen unmöglich!! Leider war es auch nicht sauber, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Küchenschubladen, Aussengrill mussten wir zuerst selber putzen. Was uns auch fehlte waren extra Frottee-Badetücher für an den Pool. Bei dem Preis hatten wir dieses Extra doch erwartet. Auch die Sonnenliegen sind längst amortisiert.... Eine kurze persönliche Einweisung für die Hauselektronik wie z.B. Toröffner und Gasherd wäre auch nett. Fazit: Im 3. Zimmer würde sich die Investition für ein anständiges Bett lohnen, die Putzfrau sollte ausgewechselt oder besser geschult werden, bei dem Preis erwartet man Perfektion, wir können uns aber sehr gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen, WENN das Bettsofa nicht wäre! Der Preis für dieses Haus ist oberste Limite, aber gerechtfertigt. Reisezeit war Ende August 2023, Erwachsene: 6 Personen, Alter zwischen 40 und 60

Très belle maison dans les collines des Langhe

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette belle maison au milieu des vignes. Nous étions 2 couples d'amis et chaque couple disposait d'une grande chambre et d'une salle de bain. Une 3ème chambre pourvue d'un divan-lit aurait pu héberger 2 enfants si nécessaire. La vue sur les paysages des Langhe est juste magnifique. Le jardin est très bien et dispose de 2 belles terrasses. La piscine est plutôt grande et bien entretenue. La maison est isolée et une voiture est indispensable. La région n'est pas vraiment une région de tourisme de masse mais elle est parfaite si vous aimez le calme, le repos, les balades, les petits villages, la gastronomie et le vin.

Wunderschönes Haus inmitten der Weinberge

Wunderschönes Haus mitten in den Weinbergen! Am Blick kann man sich nicht sattsehen! Tolle Räume, große Küche, Pizzaofen! Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt! Zu beachten: Das 3. Bett ist nur eine semikomfortable Ausziehcouch (hier würde sich die Investition in ein richtiges Bett lohnen, gerade bei der restlichen tollen Qualität des Hauses). Grundsätzlich aber wirklich toll und sehr zu empfehlen!

A beautiful house in the Vineyards

This beautiful house is situated among vineyards and overlooks a spectacular vista below. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern and the furniture throughout the house is very comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern as well. Two bedrooms have excellent beds, the third has only a pull-out couch. The house has a beautiful terrace and the grounds with swimming pool are lovely. The architectural quality of the renovations to this classic home are most impressive. The owners are responsive and gave us a helpful tour of the house when we arrived. We highly recommend this home.

Belle villa avec vue magnifique

Nous (1couple avec enfant en bas âge) avons séjourné 1semaine dans cette villa. Le cadre au milieu des vignes sur le haut d une colline est magnifique! La villa est très jolie, équipée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement est très bon, à 20min de pleins de lieux de visites ou découvertes et avec des commerces à 5-10min. Le gardien sur place qui ne parle que l’italien (mais nous avons réussi à nous faire comprendre) s occupe bien du jardin et est toujours disponible et de bons conseils.

Wonderful villa in Piemonte!!

We had a terrific time at this beautiful house. It was beautifully renovated and perfectly sited in the vineyards on the top of a hill with a view of the Alps. Magnificent patio. Beautiful pool rimmed by roses. Excellent kitchen. We would heartily recommend it. Be aware that the third bedroom contains a fold-out sofa bed that is not suitable for tall people or those who expect more comfort.

Piemonte at its best!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. We were allowed to arrive a little sooner and were expected by very nice friends of the owner who introduced us to the house. Everything was clean and as described by Mariachiara. The equipment of the house is truly owner based - we loved the huge sleeping room and the flawless designer bathrooms as fancy as one can imagine. We used the fitness equipment and we enjoyed the huge pool and gardens. The view is outstanding and the area is tourist-less. We loved the town of Cuneo very much, which is a 45 min drive and the next supermarket was only 15 min away in Dogliani. We can definitely recommend this place as the owner Mariachiara is very responsive - hospitality is written in capital letters there.

Veramente tutto bellissimo. La casa è splendida e nuova. Si trova in cima ad una collina di vigneto. Ha praticamente tutto quello che si potrebbe desiderare da una casa per vacanze. Molto panoramica e dotata di una bellissima piscina esterna panoramica. Veramente consigliato!! BRAVI!

Lage und Haus schön, aber leider schmutzig

Bei Ankunft war das Haus nicht geputzt, am schmutzigsten war die Küche, Geschirr, Besteck und Kühlschrank. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mangelhaft. Möbel sind teilweise abgewohnt und defekt. Die angegebene Anzahl der Zimmer stimmt nicht. Es handelt sich um ein riesiges Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Schrank, kleinem Sofa und großem Balkon. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat ein klassisches Ehebett und 2 Kommoden, aber keinen Kleiderschrank. Das 3. sogenannte Schlafzimmer ist eher ein Gästezimmer mit Klappcouch. Der dort befindliche Kleiderschrank wird zu mehr als die Hälfte vom Vermieter genutzt. Es gibt ein großes Badezimmer mit Sprudelwanne, Dusche und Doppelwaschtisch und ein kleineres Duschbad. Das sogenannte 3. Badezimmer ist eine Gästetoilette mit Waschbecken. Grundsätzlich war die Vermieterin nett, jedoch hat sie unsere Beschwerden nicht eingesehen und uns einen Putzdienst auf eigene Kosten angeboten. Eigentlich ist es schade, denn aus diesem schönen Haus könnte man so viel mehr machen. Nachbessern wäre eine richtig gute Idee und würde sich auf alle Fälle lohnen!
