In the summer months (from June to the end of September) and during the Christmas holidays, check-in/out is only possible on a Saturday.
Checking in/out on any other day (except Saturday) may incur additional charges.
If you want to check in on a day other than a Saturday, please always check with the owner if this is possible before you place the instant booking via VRBO.
Check-in is 4 PM. Check out is at 10.00 AM
Check in age: Minimum 24 years for the person making the booking.
We appreciate it if you do not smoke in the villa. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Full villa information will be sent to you once final payment has been made.


***LA CUMBRE DEL SOL OUTSIDE THE SUMMER SEASON ( WINTER )
With an average of more than 300 days of sunshine per year, the Costa Blanca is of course the ideal place to spend the winter.
To ensure that it is also warm in the villa in the winter evenings, we have installed infrared panels with thermostat in the villa. This is for optimal heating comfort during your stay. Infrared provides more than enough heat.
Why infrared: clearly better heat than traditional central heating, it is environmentally friendly, fast heating and distribution of heat (constant room temperature), demonstrably better for your health (good for your muscles), no dust circulation.
A fireplace was placed in the living room for even more warmth, atmosphere and of course cosiness
