Lovely modern apartment with sea views and very close to Burriana Beach



With a large double bed in one room and a separate single bed off the main lounge, it is the perfect combination for 2/3 people. The relaxing sunny terrace provides views down to the beach, up to the mountains and across to the town.



Just above sea level the small urbanisation has a gated carpark and a private staircase of 140 steps to take you to the beach. So walk to the beach in minutes or drive there in seconds.



Whether you want to relax or to be a little active do come and stay.

In need of some sunshine

We had a relaxing 10 days in Nerja. Because of the wet weather in the Netherlands we were in need of sunshine and that is what we got in Andalusia. Perfect location for the two of us.

Burriana Beach apartment

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The balcony is very small and would not be private if anyone was in the next apartment. There are 141 steps down to the beach & there is an additional 25 steps from the apartment door to the car park so it’s not suitable for anyone who finds walking difficult. It is quite a long walk to the Balcon and the restaurants of Nerja then you have to walk down a steep hill to the beach and back up those 141 steps.

Wunderschönes Appartement

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Die Ausstattung der Küche und der Wohnung, gut durchlüftbar, hell, Markise oder Rolladen bei Extrembestrahlung am Abend sehr vorteilhaft. Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer und in das Tal. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und ersparten uns die 142 Stufen hinauf bzw. hinunter. Parkplatz vor Wohnung ist kein Problem.
