Chalet Cauterets

Nous avons séjournés en famille dans le chalet du 08 au 15 février 2025.Points forts :emplacement, calme, proche du centre à pieds. Conforme aux photos pour les pièces disposants d'une photo. Bon contact avec le propriétaire, cordial et répond rapidement.Points faibles : wc et sdb dans leur jus. Le ménage avait été fait très sommairement avant notre arrivée. Le robinet du lavabo de la sdb fuyait , nous n'avons pas pu poser nos affaires sur la planche en dessous.(pas de tiroir ou autre pour les affaires.) Les alèses et protèges oreillers étaient sales. L'agence a remplacé le sac de l'aspirateur et fourni un seau et du produit manquant pour le lave-vaisselle le vendredi soir avant notre départ alors que nous avons signalé tout cela le premier jour. Nous n'avons pas eu d'alèses propres.Globalement le logement a besoin d'un gros ménage de rafraichissement (épaisse poussière sur toutes les appliques, moisissures dans les coins de la salle de bain et sur le pourtour de toutes les fenêtres du bas, portes de placards de cuisine pas très propre ect ect ...)Dans ces conditions le prix demandé est trop élevé.Nous reviendrons une prochaine fois dans ce logement avec plaisir si un rafraichissement est fait.

Chalet agréable, spacieux , pratique. La terrasse est un plus même l hiver.L accès aux oeufs et aux commerces se fait à pied sur chemin sécurisé . La voiture peut rester garée sur une place proche du logement en haut ou bas. Le propriétaire est réactif aux messages.reactiàtparparking

Nous avons l'habitude de venir sur Cauterets depuis 35 ans et malheureusement nous constatons une dégradation des propositions de locations depuis que le Covid est passé par là!! En effet le prix des locations ont augmenté et pour rester dans des prix raisonnables on se retrouve à louer des chalets ou autres qui sont d'une vétusté impressionnante! Ce chalet en est l'exemple même et pour étayer mes dires je vais donner quelques exemples: Le rideau de douche non seulement très vieux est lacéré La pomme de douche et son flexible d'alimentation ressemblent plus à un équipement pour doucher des poupées Le meuble de télévision est à la hauteur de ce que je viens de citer C'est regrettable car ce chalet est très bien situé et pourrait par un sérieux rafraichissement devenir une location agréable!!

Excellent séjour à Cauterets

Chalet situé à 700 m des télécabines du lys et du centre-ville. Une place de parking proche du Chalet. Chalet agréable à vivre. Le personnel de l'agence immobilière est très courtois.

A perfect mountain get-away

We absolutely loved our stay at this chalet in Cauterets. The property is located in a small group of similar chalets with a 10-minute walk away from town (on a dedicated path, not just a pavement / sidewalk.) The views from its patio were amazing and it was great to watch the sun going down from it. Cauterets itself is a very bustling village with a great location in the Pyrenees for both walking and cycling in the summer. The chalet itself is clean and well-kept up - while it is reasonably modest inside, it easily fitted our family of 5 and had everything needed for a great stay. A very good value find - highly recommended!

Super semaine au chalet de Cauterets

Chalet idéalement situé, tout est accessible à pied. Beaucoup de calme dans le quartier. Les balades alentours sont bien sur fantastiques. On a passé un super séjour à Cauterets!

Très bon séjour

Très agréable semaine passée dans ce petit chalet qui donne accès à la voie verte et permet ainsi de rejoindre le centre ville et la gare de téléphérique en 10 min à pied. Une aire de jeux (terrain multisports, tennis, jeux pour plus petits) sur la voie verte a également beaucoup plu aux enfants. Le logement est conforme à la description, un petit rajeunissement de la baignoire serait souhaitable.

Un bon bol d'air à la montagne

Logement bien situé, au calme, petit ruisseau qui passe juste à côté. Centre ville de Cauterets accessible à pied depuis le logement. De nombreuses balades et randonnées accessibles au départ et aux alentours de Cauterets. Un bon bol d'Air !

Séjour très agréable

Le chalet est très agréable, très propre, et pratique. Son emplacement proche du centre ville, en 10mn à pied, avec ttes les commodités notamment pour faire les courses jusqu'à 21h, font de ce chalet et de Cauterets une magnifique destination pour qui aime faire des randonnées. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire, excellent séjour malgré une météo peu favorable.

Bien placé, pratique avec quekques défauts.

Emplacement sympa avec belle vue et acces station à pied par le voie verte. Charme du ruisseau attenant. Néanmoins literie de la chambre du bas médiocre (mal au dos toute la semaine) et compteur électrique bruyant la nuit.
