For a truly great beach experience, come stay at our oceanfront condo on Carolina Beach! You'll walk in and say "Wow" once you see the view. When you notice all the windows and glass sliders we have overlooking the ocean, you'll understand why we think this is one of the best condos on the whole island- there is no better place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee (or evening glass of wine) than our deck!

This is a third floor (top floor, Unit F) condo with expansive views of the whole beach. We have three bedrooms, and 2 full baths. We have a large ocean side deck, a balcony off the primary bedroom facing the inlet, and another balcony off the second bedroom with a side view of the ocean. The living room has a large wall mounted TV, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and games for you to enjoy. The primary bedroom has a new (2023) king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds- a twin on top and full size bed below, and all three bedrooms have TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the unit also has a new (2023) washer & dryer for your convenience.

We are a little island but with lots of fun things to do: the NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher Civil War museum, our famous boardwalk, two fishing piers, Britt's Donuts (an institution since 1939), Squigley's Ice Cream Shop, and Freeman Park - where you can drive out and camp right on the beach. We offer free live bands, carnival rides, and fireworks during the summer and of course have some delicious seafood restaurants. What more could you want? You can book your reservation right from our website or, if you prefer, give us a call, and we'll be glad to help!

***PLEASE NOTE: You will have two parking spaces. Our parking area is TIGHT. Cars larger than a standard size SUV may have difficulty driving around in the rear of the lot. Cars that are parked toward the rear will need to exit and drive around the alleyway on the left side of the building to exit. Drive slowly as the alleyway is narrow.***

Fun weekend!

Beautiful views from the living room! The property was very clean and as advertised. It’s a great location. Super short, walk to a local minimart. Walkable to the boardwalk. The parking is not ideal. We did get blocked in at one point. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay at Mimi's Place

Our family had a great stay at Mimi's Place. We all enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony and spending time on the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and made us feel we were in a home away from home. The condo was a perfect setup for our family (two parents and three kids ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old). Highly recommend staying at Mimi's Place!

Mimi's place is perfect! It's so spacious and in impeccable condition. Loved the main living area, especially all the windows. Views are spectacular. As others have written, it is a third floor walk up unit, but I was happy to have the exercise. A1 Property Management were top notch with their communications. I'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Views

Beautiful property - the beach is right at your back door! We stayed over the Easter weekend and it was also our daughter’s 21st birthday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook two big meals for the holiday/birthday celebration. There was ample room for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of one another. Beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms were updated, clean, and spacious. Definitely would stay again!

had a wonderful week here. beautiful views, beach etc. house was nicely decorated, however it needs a few repairs in the bathrooms and the kitchen could be stocked better with cooking items. parking could be challenging, but was fine during our stay. the 3 flights of stairs provided some exercise- but the house and views made up for it. overall, it was a nice place.

Amazing view and very clean!

The property had reviews about updates needed and they have all been done and some others. The balcony view at sunrise is stunning. Plenty of room for our family and grandkids. Well stocked kitchen. Cooked meals there and enjoyed the beach with a short walk down the property newly rebuilt deck. The rooms were well sound proofed as we had small kids and some early to bed. Parking is challenging so don’t take a large vehicle. There are about 8 units with an interior staircase that is a hike to the 3rd floor. Overall, we loved our stay, determined we need to exercise more and loved being oceanfront.

The only problem was the shower in the smaller bathroom, it was to hot. The parking was a big issue for our truck and all the stairs were too much for older people. I would recommend this place but not to older people and not if you drive a truck. We didn't get out to explore because of the parking issue.

I know the property managers don’t have control over the tides I just wish we would have been made aware in advance. It was a beautiful rental! Loved how close it was to everything. We just sadly had to leave a day early because they were calling for a storm surge and we were nervous not being able to leave in the morning.

Excellent Condo: Clean and Completely Renovated

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our experience was renting this condo. My family was in town for a wedding and we needed a place to set up camp. Not only was White Caps E completely renovated, but the price was competitive with other condos (even though it has an oceanfront view)! They accommodated us when we needed to check-in a few hours earlier than the standard and made sure that everything was up to par (my mother is a clean freak). The condo was pristine and very clean; the bathrooms were very very nice. The only thing to note is that this condo is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator to get there. The stairwell is interior to the building so there isn't any air-conditioning. Just an FYI! I would recommend this property to anyone who is seeking a relaxing time on the beach, or for someone who wants walking access to local bars and restaurants. The best of the best!!

Awesome Unit with 2 setbacks

White Caps unit E was absolutely beautiful. The upgrades and amenities were perfect. However, the four flights of stairs was definitely a set back for any person of age or a family with young children. The only other issue with the unit was the parking situation. If the adjacent unit's tenants came back while you were out, there was an issue with the cars lining up as follows: their car, your car, their car, your car. In a single file line, the middle cars were stuck unless you could reach the other party and ask them to move their car. Once inside the unit, it was stunning. The owners most definitely put thought into this rental. The unit deserves five stars, but the stairs and parking deserve two.
