Nice decor and floor plan, however, lacking in many ways.

Disappointed in the property. Arrived at 3:45 and door would not open. When they say code will work at 4:00pm it truly means 4:00pm without any flexibility. I texted the property company for the WI-FI code and didn’t get a response until hours later. Ceiling fan in great room does not work. Master bath had clumps of hair stuck to light fixture on the mirror. The shower curtain does not stay within the tub and water gets on the floor. No bath mats are available. Fully stocked kitchen does not include a single garbage bag, dishwasher soap, or even hot pads. You are provided exactly 1 dish cloth and 1 dish rag. No laundry soap is provided. While stripping the sheets for departure we discovered disgusting mattress pads. We found a moldy orange and random bedding items under the living room couch. We knew there was construction next door, however, were very surprised to have a painter in the very narrow stairway for 2 days. Full paint trays and supplies were left unattended for extended periods of time. Hallway decor was just laying around and it was very hard to navigate the area safely.

Terrific vacation soot

The property was clean and location excellent. Prompt reply to broken air conditioning. All the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. Would return again for sure!!!

Great Beach Condo Rental

My extended family and I had a great vacation at this fun beachfront property! The house was large enough and just a boardwalk away from the sand! This second-floor condo has great ocean views from the outdoor deck, plenty of open space to spread out inside, a nice updated kitchen for cooking meals, comfortable beds, and a great lounging couch! Thank you for accepting a dog too!

Great, relaxing vacation spot!

Doorsteps from the beach with nice views of the beach, this is a great rental condo! Property was well maintained and just like the pictures showed (stylish fixtures, etc.) Seemed like a bit of overkill from the management company with close to a dozen emails and requirement to download an app for this property, but once you were at the beach, it was a very relaxing and nice time.
