Geniale Lage, leider einige Defizite

Die Lage des Chalets ist sehr schön, die Umgebung eignet sich gut zum Wandern und Skigebiete sind mit dem Auto in 15 min zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und sehr nett, allerdings hat er uns den Aufenthalt etwas vermiest als er uns am 3. Tag, wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort, an die Zahlung des „Wellnessbereiches“erinnerte. Er wollte pro Tag 250€. Nach einem Anruf bei Fewo Direkt war schnell klargestellt dass mit der Zahlung bei Buchung alle Kosten gedeckt sind und nichts mehr vor Ort zu zahlen ist. Allerdings ließ er nicht locker und wollte dann noch 240€ cash… nachdem ich ihm gesagt habe er soll bitte eine Rechnung schicken, dann kann ich das mit der Agentur klären, wurde er sehr ungehalten! Der „Wellnessbereich besteht aus einer Sauna, die sehr schön, aber klein ist und einem Whirlpool der leider wegen sehr starkem Geruch nicht benutzt werden konnte. Leider ist auch das Haus teils schmuddelig. Die Betten werden anscheinend nur einmal pro Saison überzogen, dementsprechend sind sie fleckig und schmutzig. Es liegen frische Laken bereit die man benutzen kann als Schutz gegen die Decke. Auch sind eigentlich nur 4 Doppelzimmer gut zu nutzen. Das 5. Zimmer ist eine Kammer mit zwei Stockbetten und einer kleinen Fensterluke. Für Erwachsene ist das Zimmer nur Notbehelf. Auch sollte man erwähnen dass die letzte Zufahrt eigentlich nur für SUV geeignete ist, ein tieferes Auto kann dort nicht hinauffahren. Insgesamt ok mit leider einigen Abstrichen.

Outstanding location

This property is situated high above the village. The road to the house is a little tricky. The house is restored very nicely and the area is ideal for hiking.

Einmalig gelegenes Chalet ideal für Gruppen

Wunderschönes und ausgestattetes Chalet mit beeindruckendem Blick auf die Berge und ins Thal. Wir waren als Gruppe mit 12 Personen vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Super Industrie Küche, großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Heizkamin und großem Holztisch perfekt für Feiern und gemütliche Abende. Neben dem Haus ein überdachter Grillplatz und zum Entspannen ein Saun- und Bade Fass. Perfekt - einzig die Fahrt auf das Chalet ist etwas anspruchsvoll und mit einem größeren Bus fast nicht zu schaffen, PKW kein Problem. Rund um hatten wir ein perfektes Wochenende in einem einmaligen traditionell sanierten und gepflegtem Haus.

Dallo chalet si gode di una vista mozzafiato. Rapporti con la proprietà eccellenti per la disponibilità e la cortesia. Vacanza indimenticabile per l'unicità delle soluzioni abitative. Si consiglia di raggiungere la località con mezzi adeguati. Disattendere inoltre le indicazioni del navigatore nell'ultimo tratto.

Posto meraviglioso

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni meravigliosi di Natale in famiglia in questa casa di montagna accuratamente ristrutturato . Manca ancora qualche dettaglio come ad esempio la cucina ma permette benissimo il soggiorno. Spazio esterno con sauna e idromasaggio su visuale valle e montagne. Il proprietario Martino è un ragazzo molto gentile e ospitale.

Stupenda casa in posizione isolata e con impeccabile spazio welness

La casa è magnifica, arredata con gusto e molto di recente. Ogni camera è dotata di bagno (nuovissimo), la zona giorno al piano terra è molto affascinante. La vista è stupenda e la proprietà include una sauna e un idromassaggio nel giardino magnifici (a pagamento ma ne vale la pena). La strada per raggiungere la casa è piuttosto scoscesa e stretta, quindi se nevica bisogna avere un 4x4 o catene. Martino è un proprietario super disponibile e simpatico, e fa di tutto per farvi sentire a casa. Ottima esperienza

This chalet is a work in progress with great potential.

Marti is renovating his grandfather’s farm and using very good construction design and materials. The bedrooms and bathrooms are mostly finished and are quite beautiful. The kitchen has not been renovated and contains very serviceable appliances, a jumble of old pots, pans, flatware and dishes. We had difficulty in reaching Marti by phone on the day we arrived. Fortunately we met some extremely kind and helpful neighbors in the small town of Grano. They were able to track him down and we did finally meet him on the via Grano where he led us to the property. We were surprised on arrival that there is an extra per person charge for the sauna and hot tub. Marti gave us great suggestions for hikes in the area. We had a wonderful time.
