Completely renovated with high-end finishes, this condo is in a four-unit mid-century nestled on the south slope of Queen Anne, one of Seattle’s most charming and vibrant neighbourhoods. Known for its gorgeous homes and iconic views at nearby Kerry Park, Queen Anne boasts two lively and unique districts for shopping and entertainment and both are easily accessible from the condo:

Upper Queen Anne's shopping center is lined with trendy shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, a pharmacy, several banks, and grocers including Trader Joe’s, B&E Meats & Seafood, and a Farmers’ Market late May to October.

Uptown (also known as Lower Queen Anne) has cafes, restaurants and pubs plus the Metropolitan Market.

Uptown is home to the Seattle Center which has some of the City's most well-known attractions and venues including the Space Needle, McCaw Hall (Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet), Bagley Wright Theater (Seattle Rep), Climate Pledge Arena, Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), Cinema Uptown (venue for Seattle’s International Film Festival), Pacific Science Center, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Discovery Center, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and the Monorail (for a quick hop to the heart of downtown and Pike Place Market).

Amazing stay in Seattle!

John was a fabulous host and his condo was perfect for my small group of three. It's in a great location and the beds were really comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower:). We were also greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and delicious bagels/charcuterie. We would highly recommend this condo! Thank you John!

Apt was clean, kitchen had anything you would need if you wanted to cook, including spices & oils. Was great having a parking space reserved for us. We would definitely recommend booking this apt.

Wonderful Stay

Have never stayed in a better VRBO. The owner's many thoughtful touches (including a bottle of wine) enhance a beautiful property in a charming area in the shadow of Seattle's space needle. Was our second stay there and won't be our last! Highly recommended as a great value!

Excellent Getaway

The condo was an absolute gem! We were welcomed with wine and cheese and bagels. The kitchen was completely stocked, the beds were very comfy and we loved the bathrobes! We will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Seattle!

Delightful Property

This quiet, comfortable apartment has everything a traveller, as well as a gourmet cook, might want or need. It's located in a pleasant residential neighborhood, yet it's conveniently close to all Seattle has to offer. I hope our family has another opportunity to stay here while visiting relatives in the city.

Seattle reunions.

We rented this 2 BR property for days as a base for shopping, medical appointments and visits from family and friends. Could not have worked out better! Great kitchen let us cook, great location let us eat out and shop. Lovely bedrooms and bath. Super user friendly. Five stars for sure!

Beautiful and Amazing place to stay

The house and grounds were honestly stunning. They made me me want to come home and do work on my own house lol. Little luxuries like the heated floor in the bathroom and the gas fireplace were wonderful to come back to after a day of exploring. Such a relaxing neighborhood to hear the birds in the morning with friendly neighbors. We had a question and the owner called us right away with an answer, welcoming treats were left for us. This was a phenomenal place to stay and we’ll be back for sure.

Great location, fabulous condo

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and our two teens. Plenty of space for everyone, the inflatable bed in the pull out couch was an unexpected bonus, as it made the 4 nights much more comfortable for our son sleeping on it. Kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need to cook a super nice meal. Heated floors in the bathroom were so nice, beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood is very quiet at night, even with the bedroom window slightly open. Walking distance to so much great stuff, parking is easy and safe and we would absolutely stay here again. Host is wonderful and super responsive...highly recommend this for any Seattle stay!

As Always, A Delightful Stay

We’ve have stayed here many times, and are NEVER disappointed. It is a pure delight. Pretty views, comfortable beds and sofa/chairs. Great kitchen. Love the fireplace. Quiet neighborhood with a great off street parking space. The owner is very attentive to any questions we have. If you are going to any events at Seattle Center or Climate Pledge Arena it’s just a little over a 1/2 mile walk in a safe area. We highly recommend this wonderful place.

Perfect in every way!

We couldn’t have chosen bettter for our first ever Seattle trip. This place is walkable to everything, and even the further stuff was easy because the uber never took more than a minute to show up. The condo is impeccably clean and stocked with all the things we needed to cook, clean, do laundry, etc. I was also amazed at how comfortable the beds were, which is rare in rentals like this. John was so friendly and quick to respond! Would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and well furnished with plenty of linens and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was good, and we appreciated being able to do laundry during our stay. The landscaping around the property is beautiful and made it feel like a mini oasis in the city. There is nothing I would change about the stay.

This was a fantastic property for our family of four to enjoy a lovely visit to Seattle. The unit was well apportioned, neat, and tidy on the inside and beautiful from the outside (so many wonderful flowers!). Walking for a quick bite or groceries was a breeze, and downtown Seattle was a short drive/Uber/bus ride away. It's a 15-minute walk to the Space Needle, even. There was a dedicated parking spot for the unit which was fantastic. Everything we could have needed for our stay was in the unit, and the owner was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We would 100% try to stay here again on a future visit! Loved it!

Great Apt, Great location, Great city

My wife and I are frequent VRBO renters. This is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in, indeed, maybe the best. Well appointed, very comfortable, open living room and dining rooms with lots of light and views. Very easy walk to market, dining, museums, etc. it’s a big city though so a car is helpful and the parking is off the road behind the apartment.

Beautiful condo in Queen Anne

I rented this condo for a mother-daughter trip to Seattle. I highly recommend renting this beautiful condo! It is very clean, great water pressure for showers, and the beds & pillows are very comfy! We arrived from our flight late in the evening and John had some wine, bagels, and condiments for us upon arrival which were much appreciated! We felt safe in the condo and also with walking around the neighborhood. It’s relaxing to sit outside with the beautiful foliage and flowers around the home. I highly recommend renting this condo!

Spacious well appointed comfy suite

We have stayed at well over a dozen VRBO properties over the years in multiple countries. We would rate this residence in the top 3-5!we have visited. The kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living space were exceptionally well furnished in perfect Condition.
