Restored farmhouse with dependance in the hills overlooking the Arno Valley. Surrounded by olive groves and lush woods, this house allows for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle, immersed in an idyllic landscape. The strategic location of the house allows those who love art and culture to easily access some of the most famous cities and towns in Tuscany: Pisa with its Piazza dei Miracoli, Lucca and its ancient city walls, Volterra and its Etruscan ruins. Even Florence can easily be reached in just an hour's drive. For those who want to spend a day on the beach, the Versilia coast awaits. In front of the house there is a beautiful terrace equipped with barbecue for outdoor dining, and on one side, on an overhanging terrace, is the swimming pool (11x3, 1.40 m deep) (17/5-26/09).
