About this property

Residence composed of 27 holiday apartments situated at about 800 m from the seaside and at 7 km from the medieval hamlet of Scarlino. Some of the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany like Cala Violina and Cala Martina can be reached in some minutes (only 8 kilometers far) while the beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The location of the apartments is such that you can easily discover the natural attractions of Tuscany and visit the Uccellina Natural Park, Monte Argentario area or explore some interesting villages like Pitigliano, Sovana and Populonia. The apartments have been recently built and they are equipped with air conditioning. At guests disposal a large shared swimming pool (7x14, depth 1,10m - 1,40m)(15/05-30/09) with children area (3,5x 4,7 depth 0,70 - 0,90 m) with sun umbrellas and deckchairs. External laundry room with shared washing machine, ironing board with iron.
On request and to be paid on the spot: extra linen change, breakfast service. Free Internet Wi-Fi connection at the reception or possibility to hire a router in the apartment upon payment.

Very poor accomodation

Very simple and poor accomodation, pictures and description are not true. Staff are friendly and helpful though. Interior of apartments are quite old and very simple and there´s no good area to hang out within or outside of the apartment. The apartment had a very strong smell from detergent, probably to cover the smell of mould that we found in one of the bedrooms. Pool old and not clean, and required shower cap. Since the pool and the pool area wasn't clean we almost didn't see anyone using it. We planned to stay for a week but only stayed one night, and moved to a nearby resort. For the same amount of money you can get a much better accomodation in the nearby area.
