Residence composed of 27 holiday apartments situated at about 800 m from the seaside and at 7 km from the medieval hamlet of Scarlino. Some of the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany like Cala Violina and Cala Martina can be reached in some minutes (only 8 kilometers far) while the beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The location of the apartments is such that you can easily discover the natural attractions of Tuscany and visit the Uccellina Natural Park, Monte Argentario area or explore some interesting villages like Pitigliano, Sovana and Populonia. The apartments have been recently built and they are equipped with air conditioning. At guests disposal a large shared swimming pool (7x14, depth 1,10m - 1,40m)(15/05-30/09) with children area (3,5x 4,7 depth 0,70 - 0,90 m) with sun umbrellas and deckchairs. In a separate room guests can find the shared laundry (washing machine, iron and ironing board). On request and to be paid on the spot: domestic help, extra linen change, breakfast service. PLEASE NOTE: the photos are just an example of the apartment typology. In case the hob and dishes are not left clean, there will be a fee of €35.00 to be paid on site upon departure.
