Large family home with private beach

Very beautiful and comfortable, this authentic Creole house by the sea, with its private beach of white sand, old trees, swept by the trade winds in an exceptional setting will allow you to spend a dream vacation.
On a surface of nearly 170 m2, the VILLA NOHRA offers a warm and authentic comfort, pledge of a pleasant stay and successful holidays.

Leonora, our trusted intermediary, welcomes you and ensures that your stay is perfect.

In this vast house, we wanted to privilege the feeling of freedom, and the comfort of life that gives space. Also the three rooms are particularly spacious, comfortable and pleasant to live. Each has a surface of 20 m2.
They are independent of each other (see the plan), all equipped with air conditioners and air blower.
They each have their own bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

A beautiful terrace ventilated by the trade winds, very pleasant for meals and moments of relaxation, surrounds the house and offers a breathtaking view of the beach and the sea.

All the rooms in the villa have direct access to this large terrace, and to the beach that surrounds it.

The VILLA NOHRA also benefits from a vast living room having a space tv, reader dvd, mini stereo, adsl and wi-fi, of a well equipped equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge freezer ...). Deck, outdoor shower, barbecue, deckchairs.

The VILLA NOHRA can accommodate up to 10 people.

The linen is provided (sheets, napkins, towels, tea towels).

Possibility of ordering traditional Creole dishes from Madame Coco. And to enjoy a meal on the evening of your arrival or during your stay. To order before your departure. (In supplement, according to estimate)

Perfect beach getaway

Wonderful, authentic house directly on a perfect beach. Great swimming and snorkeling steps from the door. Close to restaurants and shops, but quiet and tucked away from the noise. We are grateful to have stayed here.

Memory Making Family Trip to Sainte-Anne

Beautiful setting near the town core of Sainte-Anne that we (and our kids loved). Wonderful private little beach with protected water for the family to enjoy. Communication and support from the owner and local manager were both perfect. We spent a lot of time hanging and eating on the large patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our family's stay here and would love to come back!

un'oasi di pace e di charme

vacanza stupenda!la villa è direttamente sul mare, con una spiaggetta semi privata ideale per bambini, ma anche per chi cerca, come me, privacy e tranquillità. Dista solo 3min di auto/10min a piedi da Saint Anne e 5min di auto dalla bellissima spiaggia di bois de Jolan.La casa non è nuova, ma ha uno charme difficile da trovare. E' curata e dotata di tutto. la cucina super accessoriata. non manca proprio nulla!La veranda è spettacolare, arieggiata e con vista sul mare dai colori stupendi.La proprietaria è stata molto cordiale e precisa fin dalla prima comunicazione. Risponde rapidamente e da tutte le informazioni necessarie. L'accoglienza sul posto è assicurata da Léonora, un concentrato di energia e simpatia. Davvero una persona preziosa per ogni bisogno. un giardiniere passa quasi tutti i giorni a pulire dalle foglie dei maestosi alberi e palme la spiaggetta attorno la proprietà. è stato un soggiorno da favola! spero di poterci ritornare...

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très agréable notamment elle jouit d'une vue exceptionnelle sur une petite plage jolie, propre et calme. Le plus de cette villa est assurément son immense terrasse sur laquelle nous vivons toute la journée. Le lieu est très paisible tout en étant proche des commerces et du centre-ville de Saint Anne. Léonora qui gère les lieux sur place est extrêmement efficace, sympathique et disponible: elle constitue un vrai plus à la location de cette belle villa!

très beau séjour dans la villa Nohra

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa Nohra, située dans un endroit paradisiaque au bord de la mer, sur une plage où nos enfants ont pu jouer en toute sécurité. Seul petit bémol, les 2 chambres ne communiquent pas avec la maison mais sont accessibles uniquement par la terrasse, nous n'avons donc malheureusement pas pu y faire dormir nos enfants, trop petits, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de profiter de ce séjour magnifique et Leonora nous a accueilli comme des rois :)

Exactly as the pictures and SO MUCH BETTER!!

We traveled to Guadeloupe with our six children and absolutely fell in love with Villa Nhora!!! The porch is massive and incredible- we ate all meals and spent so much time there. The view of the ocean and the trees was breathtaking! We were literally steps from the water and only left the house to go on an excursion one day out of the seven days we were there. We realized that we didn’t really need to leave and having the luxury of the porch and our kitchen/home steps away from the water was what made our vacation a true vacation. We brought snorkels with us and are so glad we did. The ocean was full of fish and marine life and my kids were busy the entire time exploring. The surrounding waters were shallow enough for my 5 year old son and 9 year old daughter to walk around in unattended while we watched from all the available spots on the shore! There were tons of sandbars for the kids to enjoy and not feel at all that they were missing a pool. The three rooms are all completely separate from each other so it is best if there is an older kid or an adult with the younger children in each room. The rooms were really large with enough to sleep 4 each (the main room slept 2 and a baby) The fact that each room had its own complete bathroom was perfect! The trees in front of the house were gorgeous to look at each morning with a cup of coffee. We will absolutely be returning to this exact spot. Thank you Stephanie and Leonora!!!!!

Idélament située et très pratique

Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines avec des enfants qui ont apprécié de pouvoir se baigner à leur convenance. Rien à redire sur la maison, elle est très pratique et bien équipée. Le seul reproche qu'on pourrait faire, c'est le bruit de la route (axe Sainte-Anne - Saint-François) mais qui finalement se fait oublié.

Séjour en famille dans un endroit de rêve

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à la Villa Nohra avec nos enfants et leurs conjoints. La villa est magnifique, très spacieuse (nous étions 7), confortable et décorée avec goût. La grande terrasse abritée permet de se relaxer et de prendre tous les repas dehors avec vue sur la mer. La cuisine est très bien équipée et permet de cuisiner pour une grande famille. Le cadre est idyllique avec la mer toute proche et la plage privée, plantée de palmiers et d'arbres magnifiques. Nous avons eu la chance de voir de nombreux crabes et même deux iguanes. Et surtout un grand merci à Léonora pour son accueil souriant et dynamique ainsi que ses conseils. En résumé un séjour de rêve dans un endroit paradisiaque que nous avons quitté à regret.

Une semaine inoubliable avec nos grands enfants; la maison est très bien conçue, très bien équipée et chacun trouve un petit coin d'intimité. Léonora est très accueillante, réactive et de bon conseil. Une très belle adresse à Sainte Anne. Ne ratez pas le restaurant "Chez Emy" à Sainte Anne, simple authentique. Notre coup de coeur dans cette région très touristique

La maison très spacieuse et confortable. Bien équipé et organisé. lieu insolite et des vues! Je tourne seulement l'attention sur le comportement de certains voisins, qui étaient sans doute pas au courant que pas tout dans la région est commune ... Staying souviens très bien; Nous nous sommes reposés et "ensoleiles." Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter!

Wir waren jetzt schon zweimal in der Villa Nohra und es ist einfach traumhaft. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind paradiesisch und die Herzlichkeit mit der wir jedesmal empfangen wurden umwerfend. Ein Urlaub, von dem wir noch heute zehren. Vielen Dank.

Un séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques et inoubliables dans la villa NOHRA en août 2016. L'emplacement de la maison est tout simplement exceptionnel, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la plage privée ainsi que sur les crabes, sympathiques compagnons de petit-déjeuner. La maison est très fonctionnelle et meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avions passé plusieurs vacances en Guadeloupe mais ce séjour est sans conteste, et à l'unanimité de notre groupe (10 personnes, petits et grands), le meilleur de tous et c'est grâce à cette magnifique maison.

Nous avons trouvé la villa à l'image de la description. Nous avions des doutes sur les lits enfants dans les 2 chambres parents mais tout est très bien disposé, les chambres étant très grandes et les alcôves bien disposées. Tout était était très propre à notre arrivée , la vaisselle et le linge de maison parfaits, nous avons très gentiment été reçu par Eleonora, toujours à notre disposition. Le séjour a été très agréable et sécurisé pour les enfants, c'est un endroit idéal pour eux. La proximité de la mer rend le séjour très reposant pour les parents. Je recommande cette location pour des séjours en famille, entre amis avec jeunes enfants.

Superbe séjour

Séjour idéal pendant 2 semaines. La villa, au calme, proche du centre de Saint-Anne, est propre et parfaitement équipée. Nous étions 3 couples et avons beaucoup apprécié l'indépendance des 3 chambres comportant chacune une salle d'eau. Nous avons profité pleinement de la plage et du grand terrain qui entoure la maison ainsi que des soirées sur la grande terrasse. Léonora est souriante, efficace et très réactive. Nous recommandons chaudement cette villa et espérons y retourner. Martine
