A Esquieze Sere, in village next to Luz-St-Sauveur, sleeps 9 apartment, with two bedrooms for 2 people (140x190cm), 1 bathroom with washing machine, separate WC, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, microwave , oven, TV, DVD, raclette, waffle iron. Upstairs, a mezzanine with 2 beds (90x190cm), 1 drawer bed (90x190cm) and a bench BZ (140x190cm). A parking space and a storeroom are available.
All rooms, including the bathroom have mountain views. The village center, so shops are within walking distance.
In winter, ski resorts are 10 minutes for BarĂšges-La Mongie and 25 minutes to Luz Ardiden, by car. From the village center, shuttles go there several times a day. Gavarnie is 40 minutes.
In summer, the pool is open and secure at the foot of the apartment.
Ideal apartment for the summer as for the winter.

The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator. Inside the house, access by stairs to the mezzanine.

Logement décevant

L’emplacement n’est pas situĂ© au cƓur du village de Luz mais en bord de route dans le village Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal Ă  trouver le lieu car l’adresse ne nous a pas Ă©tĂ© bien communiquĂ©e. A notre arrivĂ©e nous avons trouvĂ© l’appartement mal nettoyĂ©, de la vaisselle rangĂ©e sans avoir Ă©tĂ© lavĂ©e, une odeur pestilentielle dans toutes les piĂšces avec robinet. Odeur d’égout qui nous a suivie toutes nos vacances. La lunette des toilettes est cassĂ©e, on doit laisser la porte des WC ouverte car la piĂšce est trop petite pour les jambes. Une caution de 30 euros nous est demandĂ©e pour le nettoyage car il n’est soi disant pas fait alors qu’on l’a laissĂ© dans un meilleur Ă©tat qu’à notre arrivĂ©e. J’ai lu Ă©normĂ©ment d’avis Ă  posteriori d’empocher une caution

Super séjour

Appartement petit mais fonctionnel pour 3 ou 4 personnes mais pas plus je pense. Seul défaut wc trés trÚs petit, une personne un peu trop imposante ou trÚs grande ne pourra pas fermer la porte avec humidité et deole d'odeur. Mais mais à part ça, la vue est superbe, le calme est là. Nous avons passé un ageea le séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisirs.

Séjour trÚs agréable

Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances dans ce logement. Nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture malgré le km qui sépare le logement de l'office du tourisme pour prendre la navette. Ce qui n'est pas envisageable avec des enfants.

Bon apartament per descobrir la regiĂł. Ben equipat i ventilat. Llits correctes. Piscina petita perĂČ Ăștil en dies de molta calor (aigua molt freda!). Compte amb el forn, funciona bĂ© perĂČ et pots cremar fĂ cilment. WC molt petit, si sou alts, no podreu tancar la porta!

Points positifs: localisation parfaite pour plein de chouettes randos ( et plein d infos sur les randos dans l’appartement), piscine partagĂ©e sympa Juste sous la fenĂȘtre, bien Ă©quipĂ©, communication trĂšs simple. Points qui m’ont moins plu: pour moi, appartement un peu sombre peu ouvert sur l’extĂ©rieur ( cela n a pas dĂ©rangĂ© le reste de la famille)- un peu de bruit de circulation venant de la route.

depaysement total au milieu des montagnes

c'est une location trés agreable ,spacieuse,calme qui donne sur la piscine,ideal pour surveiller nos grands enfants,et que l'on apprecie de trouver aprés une journée de randonnée.L'appartement est trés bien situé en se qui concerne les commerces,et le village se trouve au centre de multiples lieux de visites.Grace aux informations laissés dans l'appartement par le propriétaire,nous avons pu découvrir des coins merveilleux et faire de belles randonnées.(le pic du midi de bigorre;le cirque de gavarnie,le pont d'espagne qui nous mÚne au pied du lac de gaube ....). Pour nous les femmes nous serons apprécier le lave linge et le lave vaisselle a notre disposition !!!
