Villa Lamina Grande is a characteristic and welcoming villa in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps 20 people. From Villa Lamina Grande you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Villa Lamina Grande is 750 square meters (8000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Cortona, where you will find shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards).
You will reach Villa Lamina Grande from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Lamina Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and by awnings. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is equipped with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Tuscan hills.

The first living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include two sofas. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. Here you will find a pool table. The two dining tables can accommodate 20 guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room also has three windows.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room has a window.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
