Nice and romantic home for a relax holidays in house countryside and natural point for visiting the Florence city and the Tuscany around. There is the living room with kitchen, table and chairs, a sofa and satellite TV, air conditioning and original fireplace. A fully equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and plates, forks and glasses all that you need. Bedroom with french doublebed, bedside tables and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
There are also outdoor a garden terrace with table and gazebo for outdoor dining.
Included in the price: Internet access WIFI. Set of bath products, towels (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 bidet towel per person) and bed linen on arrival.
Garden, barbecue area with table, pool, children's pool, playground for children, outdoor Jacuzzi, parking, all free and shared with the other guests of the Farmhouse.
We can always provide children bed, high chair and changing mat on request free. also the safety gate for apartment

Access to the Little SPA Room with sauna, emotional shower and jacuzzi indoor with color emotion is not included in the price.

Ruhe und Erholung in wunderschöner Landschaft

Wir hatten 10 schöne, erholsame Tage in wunderschöner Umgebung. Die Wohnung Limone war für uns (2 Pers) perfekt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Andrea hat ihn jeden Tag gereinigt, ebenso den Whirlpool. Fragen hat Andrea uns jeder Zeit beantwortet. Wünsche hat er uns gleich erfüllt. Es war der perfekte Urlaub.

Excellent séjour dans la campagne italienne !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Andrea et sa famille. La petite maison etait parfaitement propre et tout équipée (y compris pour bébé) Le cadre est très calme et paisible, les propriétaires à notre écoute tout le long du séjour. La propriété est assez proche des grands axes ce qui permet de visiter facilement les jolies villes de Toscane. Un séjour parfait!! A recommander!

A perfect holiday location

This property was perfect in every sense. A wonderful welcome from the owners, and they are always on hand to provide you with any help you need. It's a peaceful location, yet well located to any amenities you need and ideally located to travel to Florence within 30 minutes by car or train, and easy to travel to all other sites in Tuscany. Plenty of excellent local restaurants either in donnini or a 10 minute drive. The villa its self was clean, very well equipped and beautifully presented. Comes with air conditioning, but this was not needed even in 35 degree heat as the villa was very cool. Swimming pool area was cleaned daily and very well presented, and you have amazing views of the country side and local village from the pool area. The grounds were also beautiful. This villa exceeded our expectations in every way and was exceptional value. Would not hesitate return.

Eine erholsame Woche in familiärer und freundlicher Atmosphäre

Wir waren eine Woche im Ferienhäuschen Limone, das sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet war! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet und immer wieder mit großer Freundlichkeit überrascht! Die Gegend ist traumhaft, Entspannung pur, da sehr ruhig und abgeschieden. Im nächsten Dorf Donnini findet man alles Nötige für die Selbstversorgung in der modern eingerichteten kleinen Wohnung. Der Poolbereich war sehr einladend, gepflegt und schön angelegt. Wein und Olivenöl konnte man obendrein probieren und erwerben. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses schöne Urlaubsdomizil mit besonderem Flair weiter!!

We are a young family of two of us, Andrea and Silvia, and our two sons. We lived in Florence until 2008 when we moved to live qu in the countryside next to your door. Silvia is an artist painter who with his art has rennovated all apartments. I'm a freelancer who also still work in Florence. The children are small and go to school in the country.

Why they chose this property

We immediately fell love with this beautiful house in the middle of the countryside, with olive trees and vineyards. So we did all the work required to make it even more beautiful. When we started the renovations of this family country house we realized that because of its size could create a farm, so we made some apartments that we rent to guests

What makes this property unique

The farm house is all stone and is very old. On the front of house there is still the emblem of the old noble family and the historical name of the farm. Around us there is a large open space that the countryside was once perhaps a large lawn, and that's how our house is in a small hamlet of houses, called Prato lover for centuries now. It is thought that the first home is in Storical Archives in 1500, it is certain that in some of the archives was in 1836 or so, the structure of the village house seems already have this form. When we renovated we felt the need to leave some stone walls, and put the brick and exposed beams, elements tradition for these places. At the same time we have put all the comforts, such as WiFi, pool, spa, BBQ area, air conditioning, and park all around they are fenced off.
