Nice home. Needs improvements.

This home is a great space for any group of four. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, bakery’s, and shops. Beautiful beach near by. The groundskeeper was very pleasant and helpful. Host accommodated us and allowed us to come with our own maid that we worked with previously. Only problem we had was the maintenance of the outdoor space. Inside the house was very clean and comfortable but the outside was not inviting at all. The refrigerator needs to be cleaned with bleach on the outside and inside. The pool had black around the grout of the tiles. I’m sure it just needs to be scrub because I was able to scratch a little off with my nail. So, we didn’t use the pool after that. Two times was definitely too many. In hindsight, I should have said something so it could have been addressed but I was more bothered by the amount of buildup that I felt was excessive. The plants around the pool is very beautiful but also not maintained. Large branches hung over the pool and there was too many of the leaves inside all the time. The outside walls were very dirty looking. I gave it three stars to be fair even though we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. The house itself was fine. If those things are addressed this will be a great place to stay.

Presque parfait

Tout aurait été parfait sans les nuées de moustiques venant dans la cuisine extérieure. Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres laissent passer les insectes. Pression d'eau très faible dans la douche seulement. Aminata et Samba sont adorables. Équipement complet. Quartier calme et authentique.

Nous avons trouve une belle maison mais. Un séjour sans toilette opérationnelle, une douche pas fonctionnelle, plus de gaz pour les deux derniers jours de notre séjour. Un propriétaire impoli, arrogant. Six jours sur place est payé 40 euros de électricité. Bref, une très mauvaise expérience après celle de la Simone. Des cancrelas partout.. Vous devriez revoir vos critères de sélection car les offres ne correspondent pas à la réalité

Le logement est plutôt vieillissant contrairement aux photos .

La cuisine ne donne pas envie de cuisiner, souvent un filet d eau pour prendre la douche et pas toujours d eau chaude. Quartier assez bruyant de jour comme de nuit mais agréable car proche du centre.. mais bon..... c le Sénégal.... Et Samba très gentil,discret et serviable.

Séjour parfait.

Tout est conforme aux photos et la maison est accueillante et confortable. Le personnel de maison est aux petits soins, disponible et efficace: Samba le gardien est d'une discrétion exemplaire tout en étant prêt à répondre à la moindre demande, et Awa la cuisinière est une perle qui sait à merveille concocter les plats locaux mais aussi européens, tout comme faire les courses aux prix locaux, ce qui n'est pas négligeable comparé à ceux pratiqués pour les toubabs!!! En un mot cette maison est à louer sans hésitation.

La villa correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes. J'ai passé de merveilleux moments avec Awa( une femme en or!), Samba et Zal. Un superbe accueil. Gentils, disponibles, généreux. 1er séjour au Sénégal et probablement pas le dernier! Merci pour tout!

Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Samba le gardien qui durant les trois semaines de notre séjour a été discret et disponible. Awa la "fatou" nous a concocté de bons petits plats et nous a conseillé pour nos courses, sur le marché de M'bour. La maison , spacieuse , bien équipée, avec sa cuisine en extérieur avec la vue sur les palmiers et la piscine. Elle est idéalement située, proche des commerces et des restaurants. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine, que du bonheur !!! Babeth et Sébastien

très bonne semaine

nous avons passé une semaine super qui nous a paru trop courte ,une jolie maison avec tout ce qu'il faut et la piscine (quel bonheur le soir après une journée en brousse ) entretenue par Samba qui est toujours discret mais prèt à rendre service .. et AWA avec son couscous ou ses boulettes de poisson et bien d'autres encore ... merci aussi à Eric pour tous ses renseignements pratiques .. et un grand merci à ZAL notre guide qui nous a fait découvrir des endroits magnifiques dans un autre monde et aussi des gens qui vivent différement ... une seule envie ...revenir.....plein d'endroits à découvrir !!! merci a tous et on a bien rigolé ..... a la prochaine !!! nous sommes arrivés le 20.11.14 pour un séjour de 3 mois malheureusement avons du écourter notre séjour pour problèmes familiaux - quelques remarques concernant la villa correcte mais non de rêve - belle piscine - maison non adaptée a un séjour long car cuisine mal équipée : cuisiniere avec four a gaz qui aurait besoin d'etre changée et surtout cuisine extérieure aux quatre vents soumise a la poussière de sable- le frigo aurait besoin aussi d'un renouveau -confort sommaire pour intérieur maison - sans doute que pour un séjour de 8 jours on s'adapte mais séjour long c'est plus difficile - pour le calme cela doit dépendre des périodes- réveil aux chants des coqs a 05 h le matin -les chèvres et le brouhaha des environs puisque la maison se situe dans les quartiers mais cela c'est l'afrique - sinon samba le gardien est d'une grande gentillesse et très discret - espèrons que le propriétaire mettra a profit ces remarques et que l'on pourra dire maintenant que c'est une maison de rêve.
