We loved our vintage 70's penthouse on the sea. It was comfortable and the location was fantastic. Everything we needed was there. The only negative was that the floors were REALLY uneven, with random 1-inch, 3-inch, or 6-inch steps up and down between each room. We all tripped multiple times daily, lol. That, and the elevator is SKETCH. I got stuck in it and almost passed out from claustrophobia (again, lol). All-in-all, we would still stay here again and I recommend this cute little place on the sea!

Eze Sur Le Mer

It was absolutely beautiful! Great location right by the train station, overlooking the Mediterranean, who could ask for more? A helpful hint would be to say that the road to turn on to get to the house is to the right of the train station, otherwise you may miss it! And we had trouble communicating with the property owner until we used What’s App and then we had no issues communicating. Just a beautiful place.

The location with direct beach access was amazing. The views and quiet corner of the French Rivera were just what our family needed to unwind. The beach is not crowded and the bay makes swimming there delightful. The property is spacious and clean with comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen. There are windows everywhere and the master does not have curtains, so that was a bit tricky, but the views made it worth it! Another review mentioned the nude beach and we could clearly see it from the kitchen window and the deck, so if that is a concern for you, you may want to stay elsewhere. It was not an issue for us and we really enjoyed our stay. The kids are already asking when we can come back!

Amazing view! Incredible location

The apartment is right on the beach. The AC worked well except in the third bedroom. The view is incredible - better than the pictures. It’s very private. There is a nude beach right by that can be seen from the kitchen window. It ended up not being a big deal, but we were nervous about it. This was the most beautiful VRBO we have stayed at so far. Convenient parking. Grocery store nearby in Beaulieu-sur-Mer (Super U) has parking and great selection. We really loved this property. Any complaints were very minor. Pillows could have been more comfortable and kitchen could have had more cleaning supplies.
