This apartment has a main bedroom where you'll find a bed of 190cm x 150cm and a fantastic wardrobe, as well as two comfortable bedside tables to be able to read quietly. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny balcony of this brightly room.
- A single room with a fantastic trundle bed (190cm x 90 cm) which is amazingly comfortable providing you a good night of sleep, and a small built-in wardrobe.
- The spacious living room boasts a beautifully bed sofa, you can invite a couple of friends so will be an ideal apartment for 6 persons, a flat screen and Wi-Fi (optional). From the living room you have acces to a cute equipped terrace with table and chairs to share a great moments with friends.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, home appliances, kitchenware and incorporated into the living room by a breakfast bar ideal for a snack on it. It has all you need for a great stay.
- The bathroom is equipped with everything you need: shower, towel set (depending on season), integrated toilet and sink, a kit of bath free during your stay.

Perfect place

If you want a wonderful apartment, in a great location, that’s spotlessly clean and close to everything in Rota this place is it. Lucia met us when we arrived, showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel like family. She was super responsive. The apartment is as advertised and having a place to park made exploring a breeze. Highly recommend this place.

Our apartments are characterized by a very good location, as they are all less than 50 meters from one of the best beaches in Rota. Our guests usually value athe maximum cleaning and hygiene that we have in the apartments, as well as the amenities that we put at your disposal, for a stay as pleasant as possible.
