GROUND FLOOR: large living room dining room with open kitchen and fireplace + 1 laundry room + 1 toilet.
FLOOR: 1 bedroom double bed 160X 200 + 1 large double bedroom mezzanine 140x190 + 1 open mezzanine lounge with sofa bed + 1 wc + 1 bathroom with shower and bath.
Ideal family or 2 couples or 3 couples. House appreciated for its warm and cozy wood atmosphere, its tranquility after skiing or hiking.
Nearest ski slopes: Les Houches (5 km), domain all levels facing the Mont Blanc range.
13 km from Chamonix, BréventFlégère area, or for good skiers, Les Grands Montets at Argentiere.
Very nice house also in summer. Hiking on Servoz, at the foot of the chain of Fiz, or in the valley of Chamonix, famous for its many hikes and tourist sites (Montenvers / Mer de Glace, Aiguille du Midi, Brévent / Lac Blanc etc).
Private garden with table and barbecue.

Lovely chalet

We had a fantastic week in Sophie's lovely chalet. It had all the facilities and equipment we needed for a family of four, is very comfortable and the big open fireplace was a highlight. It's in a very peaceful location, a 10 minute drive from the Prarion cable car in Les Houches. We would definitely visit again.

Superduidelijk op een geweldige locatie

We hebben hier een heel fijne vakantie doorgebracht. De gastvrouw Sophie is supervriendelijk; er waren zelf hapjes voorzien bij onze aankomst. Heel gezellige chalet en een prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en uitstapjes. Alle comfort. De snelweg is niet veraf, maar gelukkig is het geluid ervan op de achtergrond. Een aanrader!

Superbe séjour de deux semaines dans un chalet magnifique

Sophie était présente à notre arrivée et quel chaleureux accueil avec des produits locaux. Après un visite complète et des explications sur l'ensemble des équipements nous avons profité de ce superbe chalet authentique et joliment décoré et d'une propreté remarquable. L'ensemble du logement est fonctionnel et les équipements sont comme neufs que se soit les couchages, la cuisine, salon, salle à manger ,la salle de bain avec une douche et baignoire très spacieuse, la cheminée est un réel plus pour l'ambiance et la chaleur des soirées d'hiver. Deux places de stationnement à 10 mètres de l'entrée, joli jardin sans vis à vis. Sincèrement merci Sophie de tout cœur pour ce séjour inoubliable, nous reviendrons c'est sur ! Concernant la région, beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir. Les habitants sont vraiment sympathiques et accueillants

Très bien, Intérieur charmant et cosy

Chalet entièrement rénové, avec goût. Agréable pièce de vie, avec belle cheminée centrale. Bonne bibliothèque pour petits et grands (les lecteurs se régaleront ;-). Très bien entretenu. Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire très attentionnée. Au calme. Pistes de ski facilement accessibles en voiture. Nous recommandons vivement ce chalet pour une famille avec enfants.
