House in a prime location in beautiful urbanization 400 meters from the beach and 400 meters from the center of Playa de Aro. You can enjoy garden, terrace, barbecue and pool of 48 m2. Equipped and decorated to make you feel at home.

Bien mais....

La villa est jolie, pratique, bien située. Climatisation dans les chambres, chaque chambre a une salle de bain. Dommage que la propreté ne soit pas au rendez vous . Le barbecue était dans un état déplorable ainsi que la cuisine. Des toiles d araignées un peu partout, le dessus du frigo crasseux. Le mobilier extérieur n est pas du standing de ce type de maison au prix plus élevé qu en Corse . Un remerciement particulier à Ricard de l’agence qui a été à l écoute et nous a solutionné pas mal de tracas.

Maison agréable, grande, chambres agréables avec salle de bain. Construction ancienne,.

Dommage, le temps était froid et très venteux. Pas de baignade, ni piscine, ni mer. Agence RIMARENT à l'écoute pour les petits appareils à réparer. La villa mériterait un lifting. Bon séjour en famille quand même.

Haus absolut in Ordnung in guter Lage

Alles Top, leider 3 Schlafzimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Außerdem liegt das Haus an einer viel befahrenen Straße, haben wir uns aber dran gewöhnt. Der Ort hat alles und es ist ne Menge los. Alles ist bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn es kleinere Probleme geben sollte, kümmert sich Ricard sofort.
