The property is fenced by traditional dry stone walls of Ragusa and a gate, inside you can park more cars, campers or other. In that period, the house is all just for you. Nearby is a bar, a typical restaurant, a pizzeria and a traditional bakery. Cute little place with a Wonderfull view. The boiler was a little small for having a nice warm long shower after the beach.

Casa immersa in uno splendido parco, in una posizione tranquilla e rilassante. Piacevolmente arredata, accogliente e comoda, pulita.
We had a very beautiful time renting this house.
In a very good location, between Modica and Scicli, surrounded by nature and lovely neighbours! The property has a traditional and rustic interior and outside a large terrace and space for parking! Alberto was very helpful and prompt to help at any time of the day. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely we recommend it!!! Thank you so much guys!

Lovely country setting in a charming stone house.
We thoroughly enjoyed this stone cottage in the country. It is spacious well
equipped with everything needed, and very comfortable. The house was clean and with good instructions for anything a guest might need. We loved the shaded patio, and the pellet stove provided a welcome heat source on cool nights. The location is great if you have a car, with access to the fascinating archaeological sites of Ispica Park, and beautiful Centro Modica. Alberto and Marcello are quality hosts, very responsive. Highly recommended.

Ottimo!

Terrance on an archeological site
I found this home so charming! The owner has the house beautifully decorating, Lots of attention to details. Alberto could not of been nicer! He made sure that we knew where everything was and how to work it. We got lost coming back from the town, and Alberto came to rescue us and drove back to the house. I would definitely recommend this property. I can’t say enough about it. It is my favorite property that I have stayed in trekking through Sicily. Rent it, you won’t be sorry 😊

Wunderschönes, liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus in toller Umgebung

Das war unsere schönste Unterkunft in unserem 2-wöchigem Sizilienurlaub: ein sehr schön renoviertes Cottage mit viel Platz rund herum: zwei Terrassen, ein großer Garten und ein Grill. Innen drin sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht: großer Kühlschrank, kleiner Eisschrank, Gasherd, Elektro-Backofen, Waschmaschine, Fernseher;

Location Fantastica- Terrific location
Posizione incantevole. I dintorni indimenticabili, facilmente raggiungibili in tempi brevi: Modica, Noto, Scicli, Punta Secca....
Aprile 2017, Giovanna e Franco
We have been hosted by Marcello at this location, which is delighting for the position and for its structure. In a moment you will be one century later, in the Sicilian country, surrounded by fields, orchards, paleolithic tombs, the very famous Barocco towns of the Val di Noto, and a lot of peace.
We strongly suggest this location: it is strategic for visiting the surroundings and to appreciate the beauty of the house in itself. It is very lovely, clean, very comfortable, and convenient, considering the space and the quality of the location.
We spent very magic days there. Thank you to Marcello, who is very kind and supportive.

A Little Gem
Beautiful property in its own extensive grounds. Great view towards the Cava d' Ispica, archeological park. Marcello and his family were very welcoming and the welcome pack provided for our arrival was excellent. Property is very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The only slight disappointment was the lack of a coffee percolator, which is very unusual in a Sicilian kitchen. Would certainly recommend the property which is well situated for visiting Ragusa, Scicli, Modica, and other towns further afield such as Noto and Siracusa. We would certainly stay there again if we were visiting the area.
