About this property

In one of the most picturesque and peaceful alleys of the town, 5 minutes walk from the beach, from the central square and from all the main places. The house was completely renovated in 2016, in perfect Sicilian style (hand-painted ceramic tiles, natural stone and other fine finishes). On the ground floor: large living room with relaxation area and dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom and interior patio with another dining area and barbecue. On the first floor: two bedrooms, bathroom (with large shower) and furnished balcony overlooking the patio and the back garden. Equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning in every room, safe, washing machine, ironing machine, coffee machine, flat TV in each bedroom and living room. Video surveillance in the external area. Possibility for Parking Guests in reserved areas at a cost of 20 euros for the entire duration of the stay.

Recently renovated consequently in excellent condition. Best suited to a family of 3 or 4.

The property was well presented however the second bedroom was small for 2 adults. A great location providing you have transport. Good amenities and some help with English instructions for the appliances would be helpful. As experienced in other properties we have stayed at in Italy, no water boiling kettle or toaster provided. Overall, a good place to stay to experience a seldom visited location by Australians in Sicily.

Ad un passo del centro e ad un passo dal mare

Posizione centrale ma sito tranquillo e silenzioso....in una delle vie del centro più carine e curate di San Vito Lo Capo. La proprietà e' bene attrezzata e pulita. L'assistenza è buona e consiglierei, certamente, la proprietà agli amici.
