It is a 3,600 square metres property and has been lovingly restored to seemlessly combine historic Tuscany with natural materials and modern features to provide every comfort. Set in beautiful countryside yet near to Lucca and close to the Versillian coast, it’s a wonderful place to spend your holiday.
It has a newly constructed large pool with a covered gazebo dining and relaxing area and plenty of sun loungers and chairs. The property has ample gardens and newly built electric gates to the front.
Inside the villa there are original cotta floors throughout, high wooden beamed ceilings, fire places, stone steps, a marble topped chrome kitchen , power showers. plus 2 large baths.
The ground floor has 2 large lounges; the main one is 30 x 15 ft with doors opening out into the sun room, the other 15 x 18 ft with a piano and large sofa. The sun room has a sofa and 2 armchairs with glass terrace doors which open out onto the rear terrace and gardens. Adjacent to this is the dining room with the large table originally from a local monastery here in Lucca, Again it has doors opening straight onto the terrace where there is a further dining table for outdoor dining. The modern Dada kitchen has a central island table of thick marble and chrome and is fully equipped for proper cooking with double sinks, a wide oven and double front fridge.
The first floor has 1 large double room with 2 singles beds and 3 large double bedrooms with king and super king double beds, 1 ensuite with double height ceilings and fire place, once the original hayloft and then 2 further lovely bathroooms, one with double sinks and power shower and the other with villeroy and boch bath and separate shower.
The second floor has 1 large double bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a bath and shower plus double sinks in slate and again beamed ceilings. 1 bedroom has lovely views over the vinyard whilst the other has belli art protected terrecotta slates to the windows. There is ample parking to the front of the property. Part of the grounds has a small vineyard and woods.
