Apartment in a private condominium, with an adult swimming pool, children's pool and garage, very well decorated and very functional.

Excellent location for a well-deserved holiday, towel over your shoulder and a walk to the beach, 5 minutes on foot to the centre, as well as 5 minutes on foot to the bar street.

As for parking, there is a space in the garage, free of charge, however once your car is parked you won't need it for anything, everything is at hand, beach, pastry shops, takeaway, restaurant...



Located 500m from "Forte de São João" beach in one of the most prestigious areas of Albufeira. Beach access is extremely easy, given the proximity.



The main advantages of these apartments are: 1st Location, 2nd functional requirements, 3rd comfort.



It is also worth noting that they are close to all services inherent to an excellent holiday, with beach, restaurants, bars, snacks, laundry and all essential services. The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival.
