The 'Villa La Pietra Verde' (Green Stone Villa) holiday home is located in the village of Colli di Fontanelle (Sant’Agnello), between the sweet-smelling lemon groves of Sorrento and the turquoise waters of the Amalfi Coast.
A splendid, recently refurbished residence, “Villa La Pietra Verde” is immersed in an environment in which Nature is closely intertwined with refinement.
The house enjoys a unique, enchanting panorama of the entire Sorrentine Peninsula all the way to Positano, with the incredible scenery of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius in the distance. From within the azure sea emerge “Li Galli”, three islets from which, according to Homer, the Sirens charmed sailors with their songs.
Given its wide range of amenities, “Villa La Pietra Verde” is an ideal destination for all kinds of holidaymakers, from couples in search of romance to families and groups of friends.
Fully air-conditioned and equipped with a Wi-Fi network, the villa offers guests 3 large bedrooms, each able to host up to 6 persons, a comfortable living room with satellite TV, a kitchen with all mod cons, and 2 bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi hydrotherapy tub.
Surrounded by the aromatic villa garden is a large swimming pool, with sun loungers, sun beds, parasols and a convenient outdoor shower.
A gazebo can be found nearby, which offers a shaded area to stay out of the sun during the hottest hours of the day, to sip a drink in the peace and quiet or to enjoy the amazing panorama of the Coast. In the evenings, the gazebo becomes the ideal location for a romantic supper by moonlight.
Our 3000 m2 of gardens offer a fantastic natural scene. The sights, sounds and smells of Nature make the Villa La Pietra Verde a little corner of paradise. In the placid atmosphere of the garden can be found a wooden gazebo, an oasis of tranquillity in which you can relax, read a good book and get away from the rat race of daily life.
We have a vast area under cultivation open to guests, where you can pick grapes, lemons and other typical local produce, to enjoy the authentic flavours of the region.
Outside the villa is a patio dining area covered with a distinctive wooden roof. Guests are able to use a barbecue and wood oven for meals with friends al fresco, to enjoy making pizza from scratch. Alternatively, on request, we can provide you with the help of an expert pizza chef, who can show you all the tips and tricks of making true Neapolitan pizza.
