Extraordinary newly built apartment with swimming pool in the Tonnarella area. It is 800m away. from the sea and 400 meters from supermarkets and catering establishments. The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, a shower with hydromassage and a living room kitchen with a double sofa bed. Both rooms are air conditioned and equipped with 32 "LED TV. In total, the apartment can accommodate n. 4 people. The entrances are separate and independent and the apartment has a large veranda. Included are: washing machine, hair dryer, small and large kitchen appliances. Everyone is allowed to use the shared pool of the barbeque and the solarium area by the pool. The price includes consumption, final cleaning, bed linen and hand dryer. The apartment is newly built and the furnishings are new.
