Charming gîte with view

The cottage is a house of 120 m2, built in 1775 and restored in ecological materials. It consists of a large living room with a wood stove, a small kitchen that opens onto a wooden terrace, a bathroom with an Italian shower. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs joined by a landing of tommettes. In the large garden, trees and not overlooked 900m2 can rest, exercise, meditate, read his favorite book or sunbathe.

the region is ideal for crisscrossing the land of cocagne. We can extend the visits to the Pyrenees. The Mediterranean Sea is 2 hours and the Atlantic Ocean 3 hours!

Agréable et et vert

Gite rustique. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent. Il y à la place de manger en groupe. Un grand jardin avec hamac et du bon raisin. Facile d'accès. Des places de parking autour et une belle vue. La propriétaire est tres gentille, et à l'écoute. Merci !!

Sehr schönes und gemütliches altes Haus, sehr nette Vermieterin!

Wir waren in dem Haus direkt neben dem in der Beschreibung stehenden untergebracht. Es war sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, man hatte gar nicht den Eindruck, in einem Ferienhaus zu sein. Auch der garten war sehr schön. Sehr zu empfehlen! Das eigentlich vorgesehene Haus haben wir von innen nicht gesehen.

Gite ancien en cours de rénovation, séduisant, idéal pour se ressourcer dans un esprit écologique

Situé dans un petit village calme, avec un extérieur aménagé sécurisé pour les enfants, sans vis à vis, ce gite procure une sérénité loin de la vie trépidante.Spacieux il garde l’authenticité d'une époque ancienne (poutre, pierres apparentes et cheminée) sans superflu des temps modernes(pas de télé ni micro onde). Rénovation permettant le confort nécessaire (sanitaires et salle de bain neufs), chambres et literies confortables à l'étage et grande pièce à vivre pour profiter de moments idéales en famille. Très bon accueil souriant, avenant de la propriétaire, vivant à proximité(maison mitoyenne) ,reste très discrète avec une grande disponibilité pour répondre agréablement à nos questions. Non loin des villes principales, nous avons pu découvrir le dynamisme de Lavaur(son marché, ses restaurants sympathiques proposant une gastronomie divers) et le petit train historique de St Lieux. Séjour trop court où il fera bon d'y revenir.
