Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines großen Gebäudekomplexes, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr zentral: man erreicht in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Sandstrand.

L'appartamento è al piano terra di una struttura condominiale molto grande. Ha tutti i confort di una vera casa, è in una posizione centrale a 5 minuti di camminata dal centro e a 10 dalla spiaggia della città. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima.

Appartement très coquet, d'une propreté à toute épreuve, où il ne manque absolument rien. Bien que situé au rez-de-chaussée, une végétation méditéranéenne masque le parking et laisse admirer une jolie vue sur la montagne et le village de Monticello, particulièrement le soir avec de jolies lumières. Le plus, se situe dans la mise à disposition d'un garage bien situé et d'un emplacement de parking réservé. Quant à l'accueil de la propriétaire, nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrions.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour d'une semaine dans cet appartement magnifique ! Malgré que deux semaines auraient été parfaites ! Tout d'abord cet appartement est extrêmement propre et avec beaucoup de rangements . La connexion wifi est excellente . Le canapé lit est très grand et confortable .
