The house consists of an independent apartment on the ground floor and can accommodate up to six people and has: two bedrooms (one double, the other with two joinable singles), a living room kitchen with sofa bed (one single), large bathroom with shower. Catalonia has a terrace equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and barbecue and is surrounded by a garden. In addition to the necessary, it is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, satellite TV, air conditioning and fans.
