The apartment is located on the first floor of a building for two elevation with nice furnishings and consists of a bedroom, a living-dining room with sofa bed and kitchen, a large covered terrace, equipped with table and corner barbecue, bathroom with shower. The rooms are bright. Within 100 meters you will find a bar, restaurant and pizzeria, supermarket, bus stop with buses every 15 minutes to the historical center of Lipari and from the port. Splendido soggiorno a Canneto di Lipari.

La vacanza appena conclusa a Canneto è stata splendida sia per la bellezza dei luoghi, che per la elegante e confortevole sistemazione in appartamento di proprietà del Sig. Ivan Piemonte, persona discreta e sempre disponibile a fornire l'assistenza richiesta. Speriamo di ritornare al più presto, magari in primavera!! Grazie di cuore, Ivana e Danilo.

The perfect place from which to visit the Aeolian Islands

Gaetano is the perfect host. He was so gracious and accommodating. I really wish my grasp of Italian was half as good as his handle on English. Conversations were a bit tricky but it didn't matter because he seemed to know just what we wanted and needed. We were unsure when we would arrive on Lipari because we were traveling all the way from Paris. We texted Gaetano with a range of arrival times. No problem! We just let him know which ferry we were on. He was at the dock waiting for us, drove us right to the apartment and even helped us up the stairs with our luggage. He had stocked the fridge with a gorgeous slice of watermelon, yogurt, milk and water for us. It was really nice because we arrived much too late to get any groceries. He even had fresh cut sunflowers on the table and in the bathroom for us. The place is so bright and comfy it is hard to leave even to go to the beach. However, you must force yourself it is well worth it. The pumice on the local beach is really fun to watch float away in the waves and you can see lots of colorful fish with a simple pair of swim goggles. The huge patio was our favorite place to hang out. It is like an outdoor living room. Lipari and the other islands are amazing and very uncrowded. Atleast when we were there it seemed we were the only native English speakers. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back and stay longer.

L'appartamento è risultato oltre più rosea aspettativa, perfettamente aderente alla descrizione: curata nei minimi particolari, pulita, confortevole, ben ubicata(vicinissima al mare ,ma lontana dalla Movida locale). La gentilezza e la disponibilità del signor Piemonte hanno rappresentato la ciliegina sulla torta di un'indimenticabile settimana, purtroppo trascorsa troppo in fretta.

Semplicemente fantastico!!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per circa 20 giorni. L'appartamento è esattamente così come si vede nelle foto, molto pulito e confortevole. L'aria condizionata ci è stata molto utile. L'appartamento pur essendo vicinissimo al mare ( e non solo alla spiaggia di Canneto ma anche alle bellissime spiagge di Pomiciazzo, Sparanello, etc.) non si sentono rumori e schiamazzi. Il bellissimo terrazzo ha allietato le nostre serate...l'unica pecca è che non ha la vista mare...ma pazienza...non si può avere tutto dalla vita!! ....E poi dulcis in fundo..che dire della gentilezza e disponibilità del sig. Ivan, non abbiamo parole per ringraziarlo per tutto quello che ha fatto....e per quello che farà perchè non appena ci sarà possibile sicuramente ritorneremo con molto piacere. Consigliamo questa ottima sistemazione a tutti quelli che vogliono fare una vacanza nella meravigliosa isola di Lipari!!! Ci manca davvero sig. Ivan. Un abbraccio Sabrina e Luigi

Appartamento confortevole e arredato con gusto

Una serena e rilassante vacanza, trascorsa piacevolmente in un'accogliente location, situata a pochi passi dal mare e dai vari servizi ( noleggi, fermata bus, supermercati ecc.....) Perfetto!

Una bella vacanza! La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione era accurata. La casa è molto graziosa, pulita, confortevole e in buono stato! La veranda è sicuramente il pezzo forte dell'abitazione. La posizione è ottima, specialmente per il mare, il supermercato e la fermata dell'autobus a due passi! Tornerò sicuramente e consiglio l'immobile a chiunque! Infine un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, molto gentili e disponibilissimi.

Meravigliosa

L'appartamento è perfettamente corrispondente alle immagini visionabili. In realtà, dal vivo è ancora più bello ed accogliente, oltre che comodo e spazioso. Le rifiniture e il mobilio sono ricercati. Il must è l'ampio terrazzo. Non da ultimo nè non meno importanti, i nostri più sinceri complimenti e ringraziamenti ai proprietari, oltremodo disponibili e cortesi. Dovessimo ritornare a Lipari, ribadiremmo la scelta senza ombra di dubbio.

Una vacanza perfetta

La casa era esattamente come descritta. Il posto è comodissimo sia per l'accesso immediato alla spiaggia, l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici e la presenza di una banchina per le escursioni. La casa era pulitissima e ordinata così come l'attrezzatura da cucina. Il Proprietario si è rivelato molto disponibile e gentile assicurandoci il transfert dal porto sia all'arrivo che alla partenza e assistenza per ogni nostra richiesta. Se dovessimo tornare sceglieremmo nuovamente questo appartamento e sicuramente lo consiglieremo agli amici. Di Canneto, Lipari e le altre isole ci è piaciuto tutto.

la miglior casa vacanza mai affittata

appartamento davvero bellissimo, molto diverso dai soliti appartamenti per turisti arredati alla meno peggio. questo è davvero arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto. è vero che per alcuni, in vacanza, potrebbe non essere necessaria tutta questa attenzione ai dettagli ma stare in un posto così bello dà quella nota in più di piacevolezza che rende la vacanza perfetta in ogni aspetto. è davvero pulitissimo anche per una ossessionata delle pulizie come mia madre, per la prima volta, all'arrivo, abbiamo direttamente sistemato la nostra roba senza prima dover disinfettare tutto. poi il sig. Gaetano si è dimostrato un padrone di casa fantastico, discreto e sempre disponibile al contempo, una ospitalità siciliana dal sapore antico. inoltre tutto a due passi, il parcheggio e anche il mare di fronte perfetto sia per le famiglie sia per gli amanti di snorkelling. a qualche minuto a piedi anche l'attracco delle barche per le escursioni. il pescatore con il furgoncino che vende il pesce che ha pescato lui stesso. davvero non potevamo trovare di meglio!

"Abbiamo passato alle Eolie una vacanza indimenticabile! L''appartamento del sig. Gaetano era fantastico! Curato nei minimi particolari, tutto nuovo! Pulitissimo e con tutti i confort, dall''aria condizionata alla radio all''attrezzatura per il barbeque presente nella meravigliosa terrazza della casa che è stata la complice di bellissime serate trascorse in allegra compagnia. Il sig. Gaetano è stata una persona davvero unica, sempre disponibile, dal consiglio di cosa visitare a dove acquistare all''aiuto in tutte le situazioni di difficoltà avute con la ns. barca ! "APPARTAMENTO "IL TORCHIO" La Casa è bellina ed è situata in un ottimo posto strategico in 30 secondi si segue la stradina e si è gia spiaggia. in questo punto strategico troviamo 1)minimarket discount 2)barche/navette che portano alle spiagge 3)fermata mini autobus che porta al cuore di lipari Naturalmente se si cammina a piedi seguendo questa strada a piedi vi trovate sul corso principale di CANNETO, e potete trovare tutti i negozi per ogni necessità dallo Stand per le escursioni verso le altre isole fino alla farmacia e naturalmente c''e'' il SUPERMERCATO nettamente migliore rispetto minimarket. La casa è molto adatta a una famiglia, una coppia e due amici o due bambini ;) per via del letto di una delle due camere che sono 2 singoli che se uniti non è proprio il massimo del confort, ma ci si adatta. Il Padrone di casa è molto gentile e ci è stato di aiuto e sempre disponibile"

"un appartamento incantevole,attraversi la strada e sei gia´ al mare,arredato con buon gusto e pensate abbiamo trovato anche dei bellissimi girasoli freschi,aria condizionata in tutte le camere e poi tranquillo veramente siamo stati molto bene e poi il proprietario un vero signore!che dire quando trovi dei posti cosi´ carini hai voglia che la gente sappia!!!!!Ve lo consiglio!!"
