Ericussa- apartment on the beach with sea view terraces and Wifi

ERICUSSA is a small ground floor flat consisting of two adjoining but independent rooms and two terraces with views of Salina, Panarea and Stromboli.
The main rear entrance leads to the bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed. The room is tastefully furnished and complete with wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror.
There is a complete bathroom with shower and bidet. The room overlooks a covered terrace, furnished with deck chairs and with a view of Salina. From this terrace there is access to the second covered and furnished terrace with dining area and service area complete with washing machine and basin. The latter opens onto a living room/kitchen furnished with a kitchen wall complete with all appliances (including dishwasher), a small sofa, a small console table and a cabinet with satellite TV. The two rooms are connected only externally. There is air conditioning/heat pumps, ceiling fans and mosquito nets. The two terraces have views of the island of Salina and are served by Wi-Fi.
The beach below is reached by a short flight of steps (20 metres).
The house also comes fully furnished and equipped with tablecloths, tea towels, pillows and blankets.
If additional bed linen and towels are needed, these can be provided on request at a cost of €10 per person per change: 1 set = sheets x bed + 3 towels (shower, face, guest). These costs must be paid locally.
A security deposit of € 200 will be requested on arrival, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Guests will receive a rental contract with all the details.
