Enjoy this 4 bedroom/2 bath home is located on 5th street in Downtown Ocean City MD!

This house is just a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, attractions, courts and parks. It is perfect for extended family retreat and large groups! The home is set up to sleep 16 people. Parking for 2 vehicles in grass driveway beside the side door on the left side of house.

There is a large bedroom with 3 queen beds, a bedroom with 1 king bed, bedroom with 2 queen beds, a bunk room, fully stocked kitchen, and 2 full baths. A free bay side fishing pier is located just 2 blocks away. You can park or walk to all the attractions. The house has space for 2 vehicles to park in the grass driveway, the rest would have to park on the street. Great restaurants also located within walking distance. Just a few blocks down the road there is access to Ocean City’s Park, courts, and playgrounds! Come enjoy!

Good Location but needs some Cleaning

This property was a great location to the beach. Only 15 minutes from the amusement park on the boardwalk and just 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We enjoyed walking everywhere we needed to be. The house itself needs a little love. It was musty, there were ants in the one bedroom and the kitchen. The bathrooms were not very clean and the AC units had black mold inside of them. It would also be helpful to know that the bunk room and the 2 queen room are connected by a doorway, but no door. It's more like one room with 2 bunk beds and 2 queen beds.

Fishing trip

The property perfectly accommodated 6 grown men with comfort for our fishing excursion. it was absolutely perfect and so close to everything with a short walk. I will certainly be back again :)

OCMD girls trip

The location of the property is excellent. It is within walking distance to the beach, the bay, restaurants, shops, etc. The house itself is not the most updated or fancy. It is pretty bare bones, you have to supply your own paper products, and there was a lot of sand on the floor when we arrived. All that being said, we had a great time and I think depending on what you are looking for, it is a decent place to stay for a large group in a great spot.
