This house is located directly on Philadelphia Ave. on 6 street. The famous Ocean City, MD Boardwalk is only a couple blocks away! Conveniently located in the downtown area where all the entertainment/bars and action is! Short walk to the beach/boardwalk and restaurants. Great for the whole family, and groups! Outside area for BBQ and just hanging out. Shopping Outlets are a short ride across the bridge as well as beautiful Assateague Island or Casino at Ocean Downs for a night of gambling and horse racing!
