Enjoy this spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, town home located in the heart of Midtown Ocean City, MD!

Perfect for big groups or big families!

Located 2 blocks to the beach!

Conveniently located within walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, marina, watersports, boat rentals, putt putt golf and bowling. It is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen, microwave, and central air. Maximum occupancy is 16, with parking for two vehicles.

*The main living area with the kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom, & one half bath, is on the second level of the town home (must go up multiple steps to get to the second level). The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the third level of the town home.*

Broad Marsh is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the beach in a popular part of town. Grab a bite to eat at any number of delectable restaurants, cafes & bars, such as Dough Roller, The Bonfire, Touch of Italy, and Skye Bar. Plus, just a block away is the new 67th Street Town Center, which opened recently and is home to many great shops and cafes, like Ron Jon Surf Shop, Sweet Frog, Kite Loft and more. Stuck with a rainy day? Head down to Old Pro Golf for a round of indoor putt-putt and arcade games.

Broad Marsh community is located in midtown Ocean City off 69th-70th St. The house is located in between the bay side and the beach, and is only a block away from major public transportation!

Broad Marsh is less than 1/2-mile from 60th St and just a little farther down the road on 49th street is the famous Seacrets Jamaica USA you don't want to miss! The Bridge is just a 10-15 minute drive or bus ride from the Ocean City Boardwalk. Across the bridge you can visit other restaurants and can go check the ponies out at Assateague Island National Seashore!

One car can park around back in front of the units garage. There is also a small parking area beside the unit. There is plenty of parking right next to the unit on the street. Public transportation (bus) is available all throughout the summer as well. Plus, many places are in walking distance from the unit!

Also, check out our other Broad Marsh unit we own that's in the same building, Unit A. This unit is the other end unit on the opposite side of the building. Set up is the same, it sleeps 14-16. So if you have more people, you could rent this unit as well. They are in close proximity. Overall a great stay in a great location!

Overall we had a great stay and this property is in a GREAT location! Very quick walk to the beach, located right in Midtown, plenty of parking. I was a little surprised by how "worn" the property was when we showed up though. The kitchen is not well stocked at all, while I was trying to cook dinner there was only two old tiny pans for me to use, so that was a little disappointing. However the beds were VERY comfortable and there was plenty of room for us! The property manager was great at communication leading up to our trip and we were able to check in early which is always appreciated.

Bachelorette weekend

The place was super spacious and the communication was great! The blinds were falling off and some chairs were broken, but for a bachelorette party, we didn’t mind at all! We had an amazing time. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and TONS of seating. We all said that we would stay there again. Thank you!

We had 11 people stay here….comfortably. Upon entering the home, I was shocked by the size. It was huge. I couldn’t complain at all. Yeah there is wear and tear marks around which is to be expected as it is rented to many people. It was very clean. To whoever reads this as way to make a decision on the property, you find some things could be repaired. There looks like water may have leaked from upstairs and made some damage on the ceiling. Does not affect the stay though. If you have elderly, do not rent this. There is 50+ stairs to get in to the unit. And two more flights to get to the bedrooms. My family ranged from 6 months to 39 years old. The stairs didn’t affect us. Other than that, rent this. You will love it here.

Great house

The house was great and very close to all the attractions we came for. The whole process of booking, and checking in and out was extremely easy. The house was very nice and spacious. The only downfall was how dirty the carpets were but that is to be expected in a beach house.

Great House for a Big Group

The house is great for big groups. The community is quiet and very close to most places we went to like seacrets and fager’s. It is a quick walk to the beach, only a block away! There was plenty of parking outside the house. There are a lot of stairs so it was a workout when checking in and out . The carpets looked dirty and probably need to be cleaned and one of the bed sheets was stained and one did not fit. The house definitely needs so TLC in some aspects. Over all it was a great house!

This was not a place that I would recommend for anyone to stay.

It was very overpriced for what we received. They didn't tell us that there is 62 steps from the sidewalk to where the condo actually begins. The carpet and floors were all dirty, we actually found food on the floors that wasn't ours. Dried up cereal on the floor between the refrigerator and counter. Downstairs bathroom smelled of urine, I actually had to clean this myself when we arrived. No sliding screen door to downstairs balcony and we found half of a marijuana joint laying on the deck. The master balcony screen door was permanently stuck to open and screen was torn to shreds. Kitchen stove had only one working burner and the glass top was chipped. Some furniture pieces were broken. The carpet on the steps was completely unattached on the top step to the bedroom floor. The banister on the top level of steps coming out of the wall. The beds were horrifying.We had to make our beds. No problem but when we pulled back the quilts that desperately needed to be washed, we were in for a nasty surprise. The mattress pads were so disgusting. We found food on the one bed that was just covered with the quilt. One was stained so bad it was pulled off the bed and we found a huge blood stain on the mattress. It was beautiful condo with plenty of space but the cleanliness and up keep needs a lot of work. If you have a family and care about cleanliness go somewhere else. I did receive my deposit back within 24 hours after vacating.

Great house

We stayed here in July 2015 for a couples weekend. The home was exactly as advertised. The location was extremely convenient as it was right across the street from the beach, and just blocks away from the bars and restaurants that we wanted to go to. Dawn, the real estate agent, was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions quickly. We received our security back in a timely manner. The house was very comfortable and made us feel right at home during our vacation. I highly recommend staying here, and I plan on staying here once again for vacation next year.

My family and I stayed in this house in August of 2014. We loved it!! It was a very short walk to the beach and was right next to the shops and mini golf place. The owners were very accommodating and we checked in with ease.We will be staying here again this year!

I stayed in this house during the summer of 2014 for a long weekend. The house is not well-kept, the long stairwell up to the living area is riddled with damage and stains. Several items of furniture were barely held together by glue and you need a telescope just to watch the living room TV from the couch. My biggest complaint is in regard to the property manager. They were difficult to get a hold of in the months leading up to our rental, and withheld money from our security deposit for what they referred to as "wall scrubbing." When I asked for further detail on what exactly needed to be scrubbed off the wall I got NO answer. I cannot imagine what it might be, we were not flinging spaghetti sauce around the living room, and never moved any large furniture that could have generated scuff marks. My family owns a rental property in another area and would never be able to withhold a portion of security deposit for something as vague and non-descript as "wall scrubbing." I personally walked the house top to bottom and found no damage that wasn't already there upon our arrival. I communicated this to the property manager and again received NO response. I would not reccomend renting this unit and would urge caution when renting from the "Vacation in OC" property manager.
